电信资源管理运营支撑平台(TRM-OSP)的设计与实现

摘要
随着电信业务的迅猛发展,电信资源管理越来越重要。它是目前改变中国电信行业运营效率低下、资源浪费严重的现状所不可缺少的环节。电信管理论坛(TMF,Telecommunication Management Forum)在最近提出的电子商务的电信运营图(eTOM,e-commerce Telecommunication Operation Map)模型中明确提出了资源管理的方向以及它在整个模型中的地位。中国电信集团也提出了电信资源管理建设的规范。
     电信资源管理运营支撑平台(TRM-OSP,Telecom Resource Management-Operation Support Platform)是采用领域工程的思想,结合面向对象的设计模式与体系结构理论所提出来的一个针对电信领域资源管理的解决方案。它的目的在于构建一个可重用的、可扩展的、需要二次开发的,适应于电信领域资源管理的基础平台。
     本文重点介绍了电信资源管理运营支撑平台(TRM-OSP)的总体设计、体系结构,详细介绍了其中一个模块(拓扑展示)的设计与实现。全文共六章,第一章介绍了电信资源管理目前的发展状况与TRM-OSP的实际意义。第二章介绍了领域工程的基础理论与领域软件体系结构。第三章介绍了在领域工程中用于领域分析和建模的主要方法—面向对象的的方法。也介绍了面向对象的设计模式。同时,根据我的实际体会提出了两种新的设计模式,也总结了我在使用设计模式中的建模原则。第四章介绍了TRM-OSP的总体设计,建立了电信领域资源管理的体系结构模型。第五章详细介绍其中一个模块(拓扑展示)的设计实现。在第六章介绍了拓扑展示模块的发布与一个应用例子。
     另外,本文中的相关类图、状态转换图、交互图和协作图均采用UML绘制。
With the rapid development of the telecom operation, the Telecom Resource Management is more and more important. It is necessary to change low efficiency and waste of resource. Recently, TMF(Telecom Management Forum) brought forward the eTOM Model, which describe the palace of the Telecom Resource Management in this model and it's goal of development. Last year, China Telecom Group established the criterion of the Telecom Resource Management.
    But Telecom Resource Management relates to a lot of the resources and much operation and it is very difficult to put forward the perfect scheme. The Operation Support Platform about Telecommunication Resource Management is a scheme that adopts the idea of the Domain Engineering and integrate the theory of the Design Pattern and Software Architecture. It aims to construct the basic platform for the Telecom Domain which is reusable, scalable and reliable.
    This article describe the design idea and software architecture about the Operation Support Platform. It particularly illustrates the design and implementation of the Topology Show Platform, which is only one part of the Operation Support Platform. There are six chapters in this paper. In the first chapter, the Development of the Telecom Resource Management and the means of TRM-OSP are introduced. Basic concepts and technology of the Domain Engineering and Software Architecture are introduced in the second chapter. In the third chapter ,the Object-Oriented method and the Design Pattern is described. The forth chapter is for the design and analysis of the TRM-OSP. The fifth chapter detailedly describes the design and implementation of the Topology Show Platform. The Use and Deployment of the Topology Show Platform is introduced in the last chapter.
    In addition, all diagram in the paper, such as The Class diagram, Interaction diagram and State Machine diagram etc., are drawed by using UML.
