激光飞行打标技术研究

摘要
激光打标是激光应用技术的重要领域之一。它以出众的打标效果及打标速度为特色,今后将会逐渐的成为打标行业的主要方法之一。如今激光打标已经是塑料、纸张、石英、陶瓷、金属等多种材质的有效打标工具。近年来,激光打标技术有不少新的发展,其中最为显著的就是激光飞行打标技术。它可以在工业流水线上在不影响生产的前提下进行动态打标,从而极大的提高了生产效率,同时也起到一定的防伪目的。激光飞行打标技术涉及光学、机械、电子、计算机以及传感器等多门学科领域,是一项综合性的具有很大发展前景的新技术。
    本论文研究的目的就是开发出适合于在香烟、啤酒、药品、饮料等生产线上的产品上打出生产批号、生产日期以及防伪码等专用的激光飞行打标系统。论文在介绍激光打标基本原理的基础上,介绍了该飞行打标系统的基本组成,并且结合实际的生产流水线(如香烟生产线、啤酒生产线),对系统在动态打标过程中的实时偏移补偿进行了深入的探究。在该系统的研究中,为适应实际生产线连续可靠运行的特点,采用了射频CO2激光器作为加工光源,省去了繁琐的水冷系统,并且该激光器光束质量好,连续运转可靠且寿命长。为达到在生产线高速运转下能正确打标的目的,除了在软件上进行优化外,我们还采用了基于DSP的PC机控制卡RTC3,以及高速振镜头。目前达到了每秒500个字符的打标速度。激光飞行打标软件是针对该飞行打标系统所编写的标签打标专用软件,该标签软件采用了友好的用户界面,通过对软件中激光束、扫描头、飞行参数的合理的输入,即可让该系统良好的运行。论文中还对整机测试、试验的情况进行了总结,并对各种参数的设置进行了试验分析,达到了课题研究的预期目的。并且为该系统在现场实际运行调试做出了充分的准备工作。
Laser marking technology is an important division in laser application technology. It has gradually becoming important marking methods with its conspicuous marking effect and rapidly marking speed. Nowadays, laser marking technology has became a effective marking method of many substances such as plastic, quartz, china, metal and so on. Recently, there are many new developments in laser marking technology. Laser marking-on-the-fling is a remarkable domain in these developments. The technology of laser marking-of-the-fling is a dynamic marking method on the product line, not only enhancing the productivity rapidly, but also having the purpose of preventing forging. The technology of marking-on-the-fling scopes several disciplines such as optics, machinery, electronics, computer and sensing, which is a rising technology with all-round.
    The target of our research is to develop a special laser marking-on-the-fling system using for the marking of the producing batch and the producing dates in product line of cigarette, beer, medicine, drinking and so on. In this thesis, we introduce the main buildup of the system based on a brief introduction to the basic theory of laser marking, and we research the compensating for displacement real time in dynamic marking related to actual product line. During the research, we chose the RF GEM-30A CO2 LASER to leave the water-cooling out which have a good beam and long life span. For the purpose of higher speed, we selected the RTC3 board based on the DSP technology and a scanner with a higher speed besides optimizing the software, and we got a marking speed of 500 letters per second. The software of laser marking on-the-fling is a special table for our system. The software has a friendly interface. The users can put the laser parameter, scanner parameter and the fly parameter into the software in order to the system well running. We also summarized the testing and experimenting and analyzed the all parameters in our paper, fulfill the purpose of the research. And we also made much prearrangement for the building in and adjusting of the system in field.
