风机的恒风量控制系统

摘要
随着相关技术的发展,舒适性空调系统逐步取代传统的通风设备成为人们的首选。恒风量控制是一种在通风空调系统管网阻力变化的情况下,控制风机转速以维持恒定的风量输出的控制方法,运用此技术的新型空调系统正在高速发展中。
     本文首先介绍了风机和管网系统的特点、性能,并结合伯努利方程,得到风机稳定工作的工作点。通过对风机管网阻力,包括沿程阻力和局部阻力的介绍,提出一种新的风机恒风量控制方法。以Freescale公司的电机专用单片机MC68HC908MR8为控制核心,加上功率因数校正(PFC)电路,设计了一套恒风量控制的风机控制系统,并由实验验证其正确性,实现恒风量控制。最后应用VB通过Modbus通讯协议对整个恒风量控制系统进行远程控制。
With the development of relevant technologies, people make their choices to comfortable air condition systems to instead the traditional ventilation equipment. Constant air-flow control is a new method ,when the pipe resistance has changed,this method controls the rotate speed to make the defferent air-flow constant. New type air-condition system with this method is fast developing.
     This paper introduces characteristics and performances of motor and pipe system first,then combines Bernouli equation to find the point of stabilized working of motor. Then introduce a new method of constant air-flow control from presenting the pipe resistance ,which includes along resistance and local resistance. Next we design and experiment a motor control system using the new method of constant air-flow, which uses MC68HC908MR8 that Freescale corporation designs for motor control ,which has a power factor correcting (PFC) model . The result of the system experiment shows the system is correct, and makes the constant air-flow. At last use VB 6.0 to programme the running software to achieve long-distance control with Modbus protocol.
