中草药复方制剂对公猪精液品质的影响研究

摘要
猪人工授精技术近年来推广迅速,已经成为科学养猪、实现荞猪生产现代化的重要手段,是培育种猪和生产商品猪的最简单有效的方法。公猪的精液品质是影响人工授精技术推广最重要的一个因素,研究如何提高公猪精液品质尤其是中草药对精液品质影响的研究日趋热门。
     研究目的:
     1.对溆浦县生猪产业和猪人工授精的发展形成初步的认识,为进一步推广人工授精技术提供基础。
     2.结合溆浦县养猪业和人工授精的状况,研究中草药复方制剂对公猪精液品质的影响。
     研究内容和方法:
     1.通过普遍调查、典型调查、个案调查、抽样调查以及文献调查、问卷调查、访问调查、观察调查等方法调查溆浦县养猪业状况和猪人工授精的发展推广现状,提出相应的对策和措施,为溆浦县生猪产业化发展提供科学依据。
     2.中草药复方制剂对公猪精液品质的影响:
     选取条件相近的健康大约克种猪27头,分为对照组,低剂量组,高剂量组,每组7个重复。对照组:采用基础日粮;低剂量试验组:采用基础日粮+2%中草药复方添加剂;高剂量试验组:采用基础日粮+3%中草药复方添加剂,试验期为2个月,每组隔4天采精1次,并测定采精持续时间、采精量、精子密度、精子活力、精子畸形率等指标,每隔10天对各组试验猪耳缘静脉采血,测定血清中FSH、LH和T的含量。
     研究结果:
     1.溆浦县养猪业和人工授精技术的发展势头良好,极具发展潜力。但在生猪行业基础薄弱、产业化程度不高、结构不合理,在人工授精技术推广方面存在技术人员水平不高、发展资金不足、硬件设施落后等问题。
     2.中草药复方制剂对公猪精液品质影响试验的结果表明,低剂量组的采精量、采精持续时间、精子密度,血清中FSH、LH、T含量与对照组相比,均有显著的提高(p<0.05);与对照组相比高剂量组的采精持续时间、精子活力和血液中LH、T显著提高(p<0.05),采精量和血液中FSH含量有极显著差异(p<0.01),而低剂量组和高剂量组的精子畸形率与对照组相比都有所降低。
     结论:
     1.溆浦县目前的养猪产业发展势头良好,人工授精技术推广正在迅速展开,针对实践过程中发现的一些问题,采用新的政策来推动其发展。在进一步解决目前所面临的问题后,其发展前景将更加广阔。
     2.中草药复方制剂能够显著提高公猪精液采集持续时间、精液量、精子密度、精子活力,降低精子畸形率,增加血清中FSH、LH、T的含量,其中以添加3%中草药复方制剂试验组改善和提高精液品质效果明显,为以后的推广应用奠定了基础。
Pig artificial insemination technology rapidly develop and quickly spreads throughout in recent years, it has become scientific pig production and realize the important means of modernization of the swine, which the most simple and effective breeding methods of training and production commercial audubon. The boar's sperm quality is the most important influence artificial insemination of a factor. In recent years the Chinese herbal medicine research will become increasingly popular. So there are two aspects of this experiment to study Chinese herbal medicine to the influence of the boar semen quality.
     Research objectives
     1.To pig industry and the development of artificial insemination pigs have a preliminary understanding in Xupu town, and the next step of the artificial insemination provide basis.
     2.Combined with both the pig industry and the status of the artificial insemination in Xupu town, which to study Chinese herbal compound preparations for the influence of the boar semen quality.
     Research content and methods
     1. Surveying pig breeding condition in Xupu town, and the development of artificial insemination promotion present situation, so bring forward relevant counter measures and suggestion, which continue to promote the development of the whole Xupu pig breeding.
     2.Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations is the influence of the boar semen quality. Select the health of similar condition about Large White 27 heads, which divided into the control group, the low dose group, the high dose group, and seven repeat of each group. The control group, basal diet; the low dose group,basal diet+2% Chinese herbal medicine compound additives; the high dose group, basal diet+3% Chinese herbal medicine compound additives. There is trial period for two months, and after four days of every group is collected semen, then the determination of length of semen-collection time, fresh semen volume, sperm density, sperm activity, abnormal sperm rate and so on. Every 10 days, veterinarians pick discolored ears marginal vein blood of each experiment group and measure the content of FSH, LH and T in the semen.
     Research results
     1.The rapid development of both the pig industry and artificial insemination in Xupu town, which has tremendous development potential. Although there are some problems to be solved, the development prospects will be very good.
     2.The experiment results show that compared with control group, the length of semen-collection time, fresh semen volume, sperm density, and the content of FSH,LH and T in the serum of the low dose group are improved significantly (P<0.05).The length of semen-collection time, sperm activity and the content of LH and T in the serum of the high dose group has significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05), fresh semen volume and the content of FSH in the serum of the high dose group has very significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.01). And abnormal sperm rate of low dose group and high dose group compared with the control group are reduced.
     Conclusion
     1.Combined with the current hog industry and artificial insemination situation in Xupu town, and according to some problems, which put forward the constructive opinions and by using the new policies to promote its development.
     2.Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations can improve boar sperm collection duration, fresh semen volume, sperm density and sperm activity, reduce abnormal sperm rate and increase the content of FSH, LH and T in the sperm. So it can improve and enhance the quality of semen, in the same time lay the foundation of popularization and application.
