营运车辆身份认证和维护检测考核系统开发

摘要
目前,吉林省营运车辆维护和检测信息仍然采用人工录入,效率低,人为干扰因素较多。并且在营运车辆的维护检测过程中,存在买单卖单、管理松懈、车辆超负荷和带病行驶等危害社会安全和人民群众生命财产的隐患,急需从技术上、管理上加以解决,确保我省交通运输行业的健康持续发展。
     本文利用射频识别技术实现了车辆技术档案电子化,应用GSM/GPRS技术实现了车辆二级维护和检测的远程实时监管,利用GSM、互联网技术实现了车辆技术档案即时查询和身份认证,综合利用先进的防伪技术实现了车辆的维检考勤,提高车辆的维护率和检测上线率。建立了营运车辆维护、检测分级管理系统,实现车辆二级维护和检测的远程实时监督。本文的研究成果在辽源市运管处、辽源市通达汽车维修有限公司、辽源市通达汽车综合性能检测有限公司和辽源市客运总站的营运车辆身份认证和维检考核系统中得到应用,达到了预期的效果。
At present,there are many problems about transport business vehicles maintenance and the examine process. There are some hidden dangers in harm of social safeties, lives and properties. Such as the artificial input in the vehicles maintenance and the examination, the low efficiency, the more jamming factors, the serious phenomena of buying and sailing information on vehicles, weak supervise and management, the excess load on vehicles and driving with illness and so on. Therefore, in order to carry out the policies on strengthen the path safety control comprehensively, improve maintenances quality of transport business vehicles two levels and strength the management to examine the behavior of the stations, eliminate the management scotomas and the safeties in hidden danger effectively. In order to guarantee keeping our province transportation profession continue developing with health, it needs from link and so on technology and management performs to solve urgently.
     This article applies the RIFD(Radio Frequency Identification) technology to the vehicles maintenance and the examination work inspection. It unites the advanced Internet technology, the GSM/GPRS technology and realizes vehicles status with guarding against the false technical, the technical file long-distance inquiry immediately so as to establish systems on transport business vehicles status authentication and maintenance, examination inspection.
     This system includes mainly four major parts. The first part is the RFID vehicles fingerprint CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Transistor) chip which saves the vehicles basic information; the second part is the RFID vehicles fingerprint chip release system which provides RFID reading card and release procedure on PC end; the third part is the RFID read-write chip which used to take the RFID chip content in the scene and confirm the validity of the chip, it also services the examined information read in the RFID chip simultaneously. All of the read-write content will pass to each grade of management; the forth part is administrative center software system. It used to receive the vehicles examined information respectively, and makes the corresponding response, it transmit the maintenance situation of vehicles to manage software through the DLL storehouse, and then records database.
     The research results of this article are as follows:
     1. Basing on the application of advanced management technology, we make use of technology in conformity with mature in existence and adopt the radio frequency to distinguish the RFID chip technology to make the vehicles technology file electron come true. We also realize information management, sharing, inquiry with non- paper disposable. It enhances the working efficiency and the quality of the transportation correlation management department enormously.
     2. Using the GSM/GPRS technology, we have realized two levels of maintenance of the vehicles and examination long-distance real-time supervise and management. We also have realized the vehicles technology file immediately inquiry and the Status authentication with GSM and Internet technology. Meanwhile, we make use of the advanced guards against the false technology to realize the vehicles maintenance, the examination and attendance. It enhances the rate of maintenance and examines the line rate of the vehicles. According to the relate rules and regulations of the State Council, the Ministry of Communication and the profession, we guarantee the vehicles on road accord with the technical standard. It plays a foundation safeguard role on the vehicles, such as implementing regular examination, asking them to maintain and servicing the system at the right time.
     3. We have established some systems on transport business vehicles maintenance and the level-to-level examination of management, they can realize the vehicles two levels of maintenance and the examination long-distance real-time surveillance.
     The research results of this article have application in vehicles status authentication to transport business and maintenance examination inspection system in transport management in Liaoyuan, Liaoyuan tongda automobile servicing limited company, Liaoyuan tongda automobile overall performance examination limited company and the Liaoyuan Passenger transport main terminal, it has achieved the anticipated effect.
