复方中药对运动人体血细胞及EPO、T的影响

摘要
1.研究目的
     通过观察复方壮阳中药对运动训练青少年血细胞各参数及血清EPO、T含量变化的影响,探讨其在提高机体运动能力、抵抗运动性疲劳方面的作用及可能机制,从而为中草药在竞技体育中的研发和应用奠定一定的理论基础。
     2.研究方法
     将22名男女受试者根据训练项目、性别等因素分为对照组、服药组,进行为期2个月的正常训练。服药组分别于每日早餐后、下午训练结束后服用中药各1袋,对照组则服用等量的安慰剂。
     两组受试者分别在2个月的运动训练前后,于安静状态下和定量负荷后各抽取5ml静脉血,其中取20μl注入到稀释液中用于测定血常规各项指标;其余血样制备成血清测EPO和T含量。所有数据采用SPSS12.0统计软件统计分析,进行T检验,显著性标准采用P<0.05。
     3.实验结果
     3.1测定安静状态下血细胞各项参数,发现两组运动员红细胞含量、血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积、及白细胞和血小板数量基本呈上升趋势,且服药组运动员的升高呈显著性差异(P<0.05、0.01),对照组的变化无统计学意义。
     3.2在安静状态下,服药组运动员血清EPO含量与训练前相比有显著性升高,其升高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);定量负荷后两组运动员的EPO都没有显著性变化(P>0.05)。
     3.3在安静状态下,对照组的血清T含量与训练前相比没有大的变化,甚至女运动员稍有下降趋势,服药组运动员增加的非常显著(P<0.05);定量负荷后,各组运动员的血清T水平大幅度上升,与所对应的安静状态比都呈显著性升高(P<0.05、0.01)。
     4.结论
     4.1复方壮阳中药可以促进青少年血细胞和血红蛋白的生成,避免运动训练过程中贫血现象的发生;同时还可升高机体内的白细胞数目,进而增强机体的免疫功能。
     4.2复方壮阳中药可以更好的促进机体对EPO的分泌,增加运动训练青少年体内EPO的含量,从而增强红细胞的生成,提高机体有氧运动能力。
     4.3复方壮阳中药能够升高运动训练期间血睾酮水平,缓解运动引起的低血睾酮现象,进而增加促红细胞生成素的含量,共同影响血细胞各指标参数的变化。
Objective:
     By experimental investigating the influence of the Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions to the training teeanger's blood corpuscle, serum EPO and the content of T, clarify its mechanism of improving the ability of body movement and anti-fatigue, lay the theories foundation of huangteng in the tournament the athletics of the development and the application.
     Methods:
     22 men and women volunteers according to the item and sex were divided into control group, fortified group, carried on 2 months of normal training. The fortified group talced each one bag of medicine after everyday breakfast, in the afternoon training was over respectively, control group talced with same quantity of placebo.
     Two subjects in the two months before and after exercise training, in the peaceful condition and the quota load condition extracted 5ml of venous blood, taked 20μl blood into the diluent which used to measured blood normal regulations various index signs, the rest of blood was maked serum to measure EPO and T content. All of the data was handled with T examination by the software of SPSS12.0. The significance reached is P<0.05.
     Results:
     1 Measuresing peaceful condition the parameters of blood cells, discovered red blood cells, the level of hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelet and white blood cells were rising about two groups of athletes, and the fortified group of athletes has increased significantly different (P <0.05 ,0.01), the control group did not change statistically significant.
     2 The peaceful condition, the fortified group of athletes' content of EPO was significant increase than before training, the rate increased significantly higher control group (P<0.05); the quota load condition, there were no difference between two groups of athletes (P>0.05) .
     3 The peaceful condition, the control group of athletes' content of T was no significant change than before training, and even a slight downward trend in female members, the fortified group of athletes' was significant increase (P<0.05) ; the quota load condition, the group significantly increased the level of serum testosterone, and corresponding to the peaceful condition which has all increased significantly (P<0.05、0.01) .
     Conclusions:
     1 Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions could promote the teeanger's blood cells and the formation of hemoglobin, avoid the training process in anemic phenomenon of occurrence; at the same time could increase the number of the white blood cells in the body, thus strengthening the body's immune function.
     2 Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions can be better promote the secretion of the body of EPO, increase the training teeanger's content of EPO, thus strength red blood cells production and enhance the body aerobic ability.
     3 Compound of Chinese traditional sturdy-positive-medicine prescriptions during exercise training can increase the level of testosterone, mitigation exercise-induced low blood testosterone, which in turn increase the content of erythropoietin, and effect the change of various blood cell parameters.
