高校教务数据统计与分析系统的研究与实现

摘要
高校教育信息化的飞速发展和软件工程技术的不断进步,推动了我国教务管理信息化进程,并使高校教务管理的数字化和网络化得以实现。在此背景下,西南交通大学教学信息服务平台在规划建设中逐渐建立并得到发展。在教学信息服务平台中,教务数据统计与分析是两大重要部分,主要对教务数据进行分类、分组和交叉统计,进而结合教务管理基础理论知识,对统计结果进行简要分析,为教务管理提供数据参考和数据分析。
     本文基于教务管理基础理论知识和国内高校教务数据统计指标,从而建立教务数据统计与分析的理论基础。在此理论基础上,文章结合我校教务管理的实际情况,对教务数据统计与分析系统进行完整的需求分析,并通过软件工程方法和UML建模语言完成系统的建模、系统数据库表的设计、教务管理理论知识库设计和系统功能结构与层次体系设计。同时,整合JavaEE平台轻量级框架技术—Struts2和Hibernate,结合Dom4j和FusionChrts插件以使该系统得以实现。本系统主要包括基本数据分析模块、成绩数据分析模块、课堂评价分析模块、课程数据分析模块和系统参数设置模块。本文对系统内主要几类实体数据进行分类、分组或交叉统计分析,并结合教务管理基础相关知识对结果进行阐释;运用xML解析插件和FusionCharts插件将统计结果以动态直观图表形式呈现在客户端,为高校教务管理者提供精确、直观、科学的数据参照。
     本文首先介绍了研究的背景与意义,详细阐述了国内外的研究现状、文章的主要研究内容和组织结构;其次,分析数理统计学与教务管理及其之间的关系,并简要介绍实现系统的关键技术;再次,文章对教务数据统计与分析系统进行详细的需求分析,并设计系统数据库表、功能模块和结构层次;最后,本文对系统的关键技术实现进行说明,并设计系统的测试与部署,进而对系统进行全面总结并展望下一步研究工作。
The rapid development of the information technology and software engineering makes a big step forward on the way of teaching management informatization, and also implements the digitization and networking of the university educational management.Under this background, The Teaching Affairs Service Platform of Southwest Jiaotong University has been founded and developed. Statistics and analyses the teaching affairs data in database are two significant functions as per the plan of this platform, which mainly statistic and analyse the data by sorting and grouping. On the basis of teaching affairs management theories, this system analyses the statistic results, provides statistic data and analysis references for relevant teaching affairs administrators.
     Based on the teaching management theories and the teaching statistics index system of university teaching management in China, this thesis establishes the theory basis of statistics and analyses of teaching data. On this basis, this thesis conducts a complete requirements analysis on the system of teaching data statistics and analysis, combining with the present teaching management situation in Southwest Jiaotong University, and accomplishes system database design, teaching knowledge database design system function modules design and system architecture design with the UML modeling language. Besides, this system is implemented by JavaEE lightweight framework—Struts2, Hibernate3, along with plugins Dom4j, FusionCharts. This system consists of five modules, basic data analysis, scores analysis, class evaluation analysis, courses analysis and system setting. This thesis conducts the classification, grouping and intersecting on the entity data within the system, and presents the results to client with dynamic tables, charts using XML and Fusioncharts, providing precise, intuitive and scientific data references for relevant teaching affairs administrators.
     Firstly, the thesis presents the research background and significance, the research situation, main contents and thesis structure. Secondly, it introduces statistics theories and teaching affairs management, key technologies in system implementation. Thirdly, it illustrates system requirements, database design, teaching knowledge database and modules design. Finally, it demonstrates system test and deployment, concludes main work and future research.
