商业银行风险管理研究

摘要
商业银行是市场经济的产物，商业银行作为金融体系的主体
部分，其活动日益广泛地渗透到社会生活的各个方面。亚洲金融
危机以后，商业银行及风险管理问题得到社会各界的广泛关注。
当前我国商业银行的市场份额逐步扩大，有几家商业银行已跨入
世界500家大银行之列，但其风险防范机制还不健全，丞待解
决。
本文在系统研究商业银行风险及其成因的基础上，针对当前
我国商业银行风险管理机制存在的问题，系统地提出了识别、估
计、处理风险方法。旨在预防回避、分散、转移商业银行经营中
的风险，从而减少损失，保证资金的安全。论文的主要内容如
下：
1、阐述商业银行风险的特征及来源。
2、提出商业银行风险管理应采用的方法。
3、推行贷款五级风险分类法。
4、如何识别、估计风险。
5、商业银行风险评价(?)处理。
Being the main section of banking system, commercial bank is the result of market economics, and its activities infiltrate into every aspect of social lives increasingly. After Asia banking cresis, many people have focused on the problem of banking risk management widely. Although the market portion of our commercial bank has expanded day after day, and several commercial banks have been the member of the 500 biggest banks, the risk-preventing mechanism is not healthy and very urgent to be resolved.
On the basis of studying the origin of the risks involved in commercial banks, this article address some methods of recognizing, estimating and handling bank risks ,intend to prevent, evade, scatter and transfer these risks, to decrease losing, assure the security of funds. The main contents as follows:
1~ Expound the feature and the origin of commercial bank risks;
2~. Address the methods of commercial-banking risks management;
3 ~. Practise five-class categorize
4-. How to recognize, estimate risks;
5 How to avoid, scatter risks.
