因子分析在高等职业教育课程设置中的应用研究

摘要
教育是一种复杂的社会活动过程,对教育现象的研究往往需要对研究对象测量它的许多指标(变量)。教育统计学是数理统计学与教育学的一门交叉学科,它是应用数理统计学的原理和方法对教育现象进行数量化研究的一门学科。为教育研究提供了一种科学的定量分析方法。
     因子分析是一种比较复杂的多元统计方法,随着计算机的发展以及统计分析软件的开发和利用,因子分析方法已逐步为广大的科研工作者所使用。因子分析在教育学领域得到了广泛的应用。在诸多统计分析软件中,SPSS软件被越来越多的教育研究人员所采用。
     职业教育是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,随着经济的发展,国家新型工业化进程的加快和城镇化速度的提高,大力发展职业教育,培养一大批具有必要的理论知识和较强实践能力的高等职业专门人才,是高等职业教育适应经济社会发展的需要。高等职业教育的性质与功能都是由课程具体体现的,课程在调节人才结构方面起着重要的作用。课程是高职教育的核心,课程建设的改革决定着高等职业教育运作走势及面貌,直接制约着高职教育质量的高低。
     本文在研究高等职业教育的课程设置时,使用SPSS软件对所采集的数据进行因子分析,根据分析结果,旨在培养素质高、技能强的应用型人才,确定科学、合理的课程建构。
Education is a complicated process of social activities, we need researching the object and measuring its lots of variables, when studying the educational phenomenon. Educational Statistics is an intersected course of Mathematical Reasoning Statistics and Pedagogy. It applies the principles and methods of Mathematical Reasoning Statistics to the quantitative studying, providing a scientific quantitative way for educational research.
     Factor Analysis is a kind of more complicated multi-elements statistical method, with the development of computer and the exploiting and utilizing of the software of statistical analysis, Factor Analysis has been being used by lots of researchists. It has been widely used in the area of pedagogy. Among so much software of statistical analysis, SPSS software has been used by more and more researchists.
     Vocational Education is an important part of the national educational cause. As the development of the economy, the quickening of national new industrialization process and the improvement of urbanization, energetically develop Vocational Education, train lots of higher vocational specialized talents with required theory and strong practical ability. All the above is the requirement for Higher Vocational Education to adapt the development of the economic society. The quality and function of Higher Vocational Education is reflected by the course in detail. The course plays an important role in regulating the structure of talents. Course is the core of Higher Vocational Education, the innovation of course building determines the tendency and appearance of Higher Vocational Education, directed restricts the quality of Higher Vocational Education.
     The author studied the course setting of Higher Vocational Education, in the meantime, used SPSS software to do the Factor Analysis about the collected data, according to the analysis result, set a scientific and reasonable course construction to train more applied talents with high quality and strong skills.
