福建温福铁路GSM网络规划方案

摘要
随着无线网络覆盖的不断完善与品质的提升,用户对网络覆盖、质量提出了越来越高的要求。当前我国交通运输事业不断飞速发展,有关高速铁路覆盖的问题更多地出现在实际网络建设中。
     针对这些问题作者以温福铁路宁德和罗源段的GSM网络规划为例,主要采用共小区分布式基站来组网,在采用共小区的RRU后,可以有效地减少切换次数,提高高铁网络的安全和稳定。并采用分层组网由覆盖层和保护层来与铁路外边的公网隔离开,选择铁路沿线满足无盲区的基站组成铁路覆盖层,组成链形小区层,覆盖高速铁路用户,其余基站组成正常非列车用户服务小区,高速铁路覆盖层和非列车用户服务小区并非独立,相互联系,解决铁路出现异常,如临时停车等。
     本论文主要针对作者在温福铁路宁德和罗源段GSM网络规划过程中,对GSM基本原理、网络特点、网络规划理论知识的学习、研究,并结合工程实践对网络的覆盖分析、分场景方案设计、工程施工情况等三个方面进行分析,进而针对高铁的独特的无线覆盖环境和特殊需求提出了充分发挥共小区RRU优势的规划方案,来组建稳定可靠的高铁优势网络。
As wireless network development show itself continuous improvement and quality upgrading, users of network put forward higher and higher requirements about the wireless network coverage and quality. At present, China continuously rapid development of transportation, the high-speed railway coverage have more problems to appear on the actual network construction.
     To solve these problems, the author take part in the Ningde and Luoyuan section of the railway GSM network planning, mainly uses the distributed base station to a total cell networking, the introduction of a total plot of the RRU, you can effectively reduce the switching frequency, to improve high-speed rail network security and stability. And using a layer by layer network to cover and protect the public network outside the railway station, composed of chain-shaped cell layer, covering more high-speed railway users, the rest of base stations that make up normal the non-train customer service cell, high-speed rail cover layer and the non-train customer service cell is not independent and interrelated. To solve the railway abnormal situation, such as temporary parking and so on.
     The present paper mainly aims at the author charged in planning FuWen railway GSM network project construction, to the GSM basic principle, the network characteristic, the network planning theory knowledge, the research, and the union project practice to the network planning, the design proposal for different application, the project construction situation and so on.three aspects to carry on the introduction, simultaneously the author refers to the network planning method based on the community RRU, which makes the communication network in bullet train steady and reliable.
