基于Web的医学文献数据库的设计与实现

摘要
医学是一门实验性的科学,积累了大量的文献和数据,这些文献和数据对医学及同医学有关的研究领域有巨大的参考价值。由于计算机网络技术的飞速发展,越来越多的医学工作者利用计算机技术构造和处理医学信息,各种医学信息的处理与查询变得越来越便利。医学文献数据库已经成为医学工作者进行科学研究的重要工具。
     本论文的主要目标是探索医学文献和文献中的事实数据的联合服务方法。通过使用本论文完成的基于Web的医学文献数据库,用户可以方便的使用Web浏览器通过Internet访问医学文献数据库。该数据库是一个医学信息比较完备的数据管理与信息服务系统,通过对不同的医学信息的相互标引、连接,实现了医学文献与其他医学信息之间的交互检索,增强了医学文献数据库的数据参考价值,满足了医学工作者多方面的信息需求,方便了用户的使用。
     作者对医学文献和文献中的事实数据以及彼此间的关系进行了分析研究,建立了相应的关系模型,完成了相应的程序开发工作。论文的主要工作包括分析了国内外医学文献检索系统的发展状况,说明了进行医学文献数据库开发的必要性与重要意义;根据用户需求确定了医学文献数据库存储的信息;为系统选择了结构模式和开发工具;从数据库概念结构、数据库逻辑结构、数据库物理结构三个方面对医学文献数据库进行设计;对系统各模块功能进行了设计;对系统关键部分的实现进行了描述,并给出了部分核心代码。
Nowadays the information on the Internet is rapidly increasing and being updated in real time. How to acquire the needed information quickly and accurately is a main topic of the Web information retrieval technology.
     Medicine is a science of experiment, accumulation of medical literatures and data which have great value of application and reference to the medicine study. With the rapid development of computer-based Internet technology, more and more scientists construct and process medical information through computers, and the procession and retrieval of the medical information have become more and more convenient. Medical literature database have also become important tools for medical workers.
     Medical literature database can provide users with medical information service in the society and the industry. Users can visit the literature database through Web browser, and the system can eliminate differences of data access in different locations and can provide high quality medical information service to its users.
     Medical literature database can make users obtain relevant medical information from different medical database in one search portal. The system can not only enhance the value of data reference but also help users get medical information more conveniently and more sufficiently.
     Medical literature database is an integrated system which can not only manage medical data but also provide users with medical information service. The system provides different medical information search portal for its user; user can get medical information in different angle from the system. So the medical databases which are related with each other by the medical literature database became a system of medical knowledge system.
     The balance of medical information production and processing was reached by the highly applied and processed to the huge medical information, the system solve the big contradiction between ever-increasing medical information and limit time in studying. And the system pushes the development of using medical information back to the future.
     My major work in this subject is as follows: I had analyzed the behaviors of the medical users, and stated the necessity and great significance of medical literature database development; I analyzed what functions the medical literature database should have, that based on users’what functions and quality needs; I had designed the medical literature database system structure in three aspects: concept structure design, logic structure design, physics structure design; by analyzed users’needs, I found what information medical literature database system should include; selected system structure model and development tools for medical literature database system; designed function model of system; show some process codes.
