应用脑电生物反馈治疗脑卒中后抑郁的对照研究
摘要
目的：
探讨脑电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)病人的干预效果。
方法：
本研究共包括脑卒中后抑郁80例,对患者采用A620脑电生物反馈治疗80例脑卒中后抑郁的病人,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规给予舍曲林的基础上的同时给予脑电生物反馈治疗,每周两次,共进行8周。对照组仅给予常规治疗,将两组结果进行比较。受试者入组前以及1周、4周、8周使用汉密顿抑郁量表测量。
结果：
观察组经生物反馈治疗干预后症状明显改善(P<0.05)。
结论：
脑电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中后抑郁病人有效。
Objectives:
