文学媒介革新与传统文学的新发展

摘要
当我们接触文学作品时,首先接触的不是它的语言,语言并不是直接地向读者呈现的,而是借助特定的文学传播媒介而间接呈现的。不同时代的读者透过不同的媒介而“接触”语言,这一点往往被众多的文学研究者所忽略。从口语文学,到书面文学,再到现在广为普及的电子和网络文学,文学媒介的演变和发展无时不刻在影响着文学的发展和变革,尤其随着科技的发展,到了网络媒介时代,文学媒介在文学中的作用尤其明显。同时,不管我们愿不愿意,网络正一天天地走近我们的生活,要说起网络对文化界的影响,我们就不得不提到网络文学。特别在一些年轻人中,几乎绝大多数的人都接触过网络文学。与网络文学相关的电影、电视剧、书籍正大步挤进传统文化市场,自然而然,有网络文学连载的网站点击率也是节节攀升。目前,人们对来势凶猛的这股网络文学风还没来得及进行深入研究,对网络文学的系统研究尚处在起步阶段,网络对于文学,文学对于网络可能意味着什么?文学一旦与网络结合将会发生什么变化?网络文学的现状及未来的前途在哪里?这些都是网络文学研究者应当回答的,本文试图从文学媒介的角度探讨文学媒介革新给传统文学带来的巨大变革和发展。
本文分为两大部分:上编,文学媒介革新。在对媒介和文学媒介的概念界定以及媒介在文学中的重要作用有所认识之后,随着文学媒介的发展将会使我们对文学的发展有一个简要的、有针对性地回顾。这一从文学媒介入手的回顾,让我们从中认识到了文学的发展和科技进步的密切关系,网络媒介的出现就是在科技的催生下,加速了文学的急剧变革和发展。下编:传统文学的新发展——网络文学。这一部分内容试图论述的核心内容就是,网络作用下的网络文学的出现不仅是一项传播技术的革新,更代表了一种新的文学观念和思维方式的出现,同时网络文学的出现更是与我国的社会发展、文化生态以及人们的生活状况有着密切的联系。因此,尽管有着这样或那样的不足,它的出现和发展依然有着自身的特质和可能性。这样以来,对网络媒介作用下文学的特征,以及对网络文学价值的讨论和对其现状的研究都有着一定的理论和实践价值。而上述研究的最终目标也是希望通过客观冷静的分析,能够对网络文学的前景有一个科学性的预见。
