中药熏洗法在糖尿病足治疗中的临床研究

摘要
目的:针对糖尿病足临床最常见的证型瘀血阻络,拟中药熏洗(温经活血通络法中药),进行相应内容的辅助检查,提供实验室数据,在理论上对其发病机、药物治疗作用及临床疗效进行深入探讨研究。
方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例,给予常规治疗和中药熏洗治疗;对照组60例,给予常规治疗,并系统观察了解治疗前后患者的10 g尼龙丝触觉测定、音叉或者是感觉震动阈值(bioth-esiometer)测定结果、跟腱反射、膝反射、血流变、足背动脉搏动结果、双下肢动脉彩超结果的影响及临床症状的改善情况。
结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为81.7%,两组总有效率及临床显效率经统计学处理均P<0.05,有显著性差异,说明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。
结论:中药熏洗临床观察疗效较好,无任何毒副作用及不良反应,具有深入开发的价值。
Purpose: The most common diabetic foot against the clinical evidence-based blood stasis, to be traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation (warm envelope method by activating blood and traditional Chinese medicine), and make the appropriate content of laboratory examinations, to provide laboratory data, in theory, the incidence of their machines, drug treatment effect and clinical efficacy of an in-depth research it.
Method: Of 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 60 patients received conventional treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation treatment; control group, 60 patients received conventional treatment, and systematic observation to understand before and after treatment in patients with tactile determination of 10 g nylon filament , tuning fork or a feeling of shock threshold determination results, the Achilles tendon reflex, knee reflex, blood flow changes, the results of dorsalis pedis arterial pulse, double the results of the impact of lower extremity arterial color Doppler ultrasound and clinical symptoms improve the situation.
Result: The treatment group, the total effective rate was 90% in the control group, the total effective rate was 81.7%, the total effective rate and clinical groups significant by statistical processing of the efficiency of Plt 0.05, significant difference, indicating efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group.
Conclusion: Fumigation of clinical observation of efficacy of Chinese medicine is better, without any toxic side-effects and adverse reactions, with in-depth development of value.
