住宅单元矩形平面适应性研究

摘要
本文是一篇在适应性观点下对城市普通住宅中矩形平面的基本功能、空间自主与个性化追求方面进行探讨的论文。
关注我国城市中的普通住宅，呈现出以矩形平面为母题，通过组合变化而构成平面形式的单元式住宅的主导趋势。本文以矩形平面为挈入点，面对住宅既要系列化的大生产又要满足人们个性化追求的状况，应用讨论复杂问题的适应性观点，去认识城市普通住宅设计中，各种环境因素与人的各种需求之间的关系，通过对矩形平面如何在具有经济技术合理性的前提下，对其功能、形态变化等方面的综合分析研究，探讨在这种需求变化下普通住宅设计的实质问题，使我们更好地了解住宅适应性所应关注的方面及其如何通过设计而达到各种因素相互适应的基本思路，以此来更好的指导现代城市普通住宅的设计。使住宅更好地体现社会效益、经济效益和人性的终极关怀。
