鸡病毒性关节炎油乳剂灭活苗的研究

摘要
本文比较研究了鸡病毒性关节炎病毒地方分离株B、C、G、T四个毒株在鸡
    胚、鸡胚成纤维细胞、仓鼠肾传代细胞上的增殖特性,研究结果表明,AVAV地
    方分离株均能较快适应鸡胚和鸡胚成纤维细胞,其中鸡胚成纤维细胞产毒量高,
    且易观察细胞病变。四株地方分离株盲传7代均未适应仓鼠肾传代细胞。应用甲
    醛、二乙烯亚胺对分离毒株进行灭活试验,结果表明,2‰甲醛灭活效果良好,
    而1%BEI不能完全灭活AVAV。选用上述四株病毒作为种毒,研制了AVA油乳剂
    灭活苗;经检验该疫苗的物理性状和无菌性均合格,以lml/只注射10日龄雏鸡
    未见不良反应,安全可靠。对雏鸡免疫后15天、30天的攻毒试验结果表明,疫
    苗免疫雏鸡的攻毒保护率分别为85%和90%;疫苗免疫种鸡后,对其后裔雏鸡在
    5日龄、20日龄时攻毒,保护率分别为80%和53.3%。
The characteristics of propagation of four local isolated strains of avian viral
     arthritis virus(named B.C.G.T strain respectively) in chicken embryo culture. Chicken
     embryo fibroblast(CEF) and baby hamster kidney cells(BHK-2 1) were compared and
     studied in this article. The result indicated that the local isolated four strains of AVAV
     could adapt to chicken embryo culture and chicken embryo fibroblast easily. Between
     them, the AVAV content on CEF were more than that of chicken embryo culture,and
     the cytopathic effect on CEF could be observed easily. But after being blind-passaged
     for 7 generations,the four strains still could not adapt to BHK-2 1. The inactivated
     experiments were performed using formaldehyde and BET. The results showed that
     the inactivating effect of 2%o of formaldehyde was better than that of 1% of BET and
     BEI couldn't inactivate the AVAV thoroughly. By selecting the four strains of AVAV as
     seed viruses, we developed inactivated Oil-Emulsion vaccine of AVAV. After being
     tested, the characteristics of physical and infertile test of this kind of were all qualified.
     1 Od chickens were vaccined with this kind of vaccine by 1 ml per chicken and no bad
     effects were observed. This proved the vaccine was safe and reliable.
    
     15 and 30 days after vaccined, the chickens were infected with AVAV and the
     protective rates were 85% and 90%respectively. The progenies of the vaccined
     breeding fowls were infected with AVAV at the age of 5 days and 20days , The
     protective rates were 80% and 53.3% respectively.
