江河兵要智能管理系统

摘要
随着多媒体技术、数据库技术、网络技术的迅速发展，对军事领域的影响越来越广泛深刻，军队作战方式、手段的更新与实施更加依赖于计算机系统的趋势日趋显著。
为打赢现代战争，特别是高技术条件下的局部战争，适应未来军事斗争准备的要求，总参兵种部对原版《江河兵要地志》进行了重新编修，并要求沈阳军区综合运用现代信息技术，开发电子版《江河兵要地志》即《江河兵要智能管理系统》，要求实现江河兵要作战信息数据库管理及信息网上传输，同时能够依据作战要求自动生成渡河工程保障方案，为军队渡河工程保障提供科学依据。
本文论述了多媒体技术、数据库技术的产生和发展现状，探讨了现代条件下军队渡河工程保障的技术、战术要求，综合运用了目前成熟的多媒体技术、数据库技术和网络技术，实现了包括渡河工程保障信息采集、信息传输、信息查询使用及作战指挥辅助决策于一体的管理系统，并对当前的一些热点技术进行了尝试。该系统的实现，对于提高我军渡河工程保障自动化指挥和作业水平，进一步完善渡河工程资料的作战准备都具有十分重要的意义。该系统填补了我军渡河工程保障领域在自动化指挥作业方面的空白，具有重要的实战应用价值。
With the rapid development of Multimedia and Database technology, it makes more and more broad influences on the military field. As a result, the tendency that the means used by the army in the war depends on computer system has been a expectable flood.
This thesis studies the emergency, the development on Multimedia and Database besides considering current demands on military accrossing river engineering. This software make use of all mature technologies in Multimedia, database and Network. It does realize a comprehensive management system including the information obtain, transition, inquiry and making a strategic decision automatically. There is no doubt that this system has crucial significance to improve the army's commanding level and to prepare the information of accrossing river for us in the future war. The blank in the field of automatic working on accrossing river to the Army will be filled . This System does has absolutely practice values.
