SIP协议在NGN网络中的应用与研究

摘要
当今的社会,信息意味着机遇。高速发展的今天对人类的通信方式提出了更快、更多、更准确的诸多要求。现有的通信网络多而复杂,各有特色,但都不能全方面的满足这些要求。对业务多样化的综合要求和为降低运营成本、简化运营体系的要求是导致电信网向下一代网发展的根本原因。目前,下一代网络是通信行业的一个重要研究方向,NGN (Next Generation Network)由于其广阔的市场前景和诱人的多媒体应用,人们一直在致力于它的关键技术的研究和市场的推进。
     软交换和IP技术是现在支持下一代网络的主要技术,与此同时VOIP (Voice over IP)的出现为我们向下一代网络的迈进提供了切入点,IETF提出的SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)协议是为了更好的使IP网络真正地成为下一代网络中的承载核心,其设计思想就是针对IP网络的简洁和可扩展性能。
     论文主要对NGN中SIP网络进行了研究,对SIP协议与其他协议进行了比较;分析了SIP网络结构和在VOIP中的基本应用;阐述了SIP协议栈及其应用;对SIP软终端的Transfer功能的设计进行了深入的研究;最后进行了全文的总结和未来的展望。
In modern society, information means the chance. The fast development of society needs the modes of communication to be faster, more and more precise. Today, although there are many convenient communication modes, but none of them can satisfy these demands. The basic reasons that enforce the evolution of the telecommunication network are the demands of variety for service, the reduction of the management and the facility of the system. Now, NGN is an important thesis in the industry for its market prospects and the all uring multimedia applications. So more technologies' research and more efforts are made in this field for its key and market.
     Softswitch and IP are two important technologies that support the NGN. Meanwhile the emergence of VOIP and its success provide us good consultation for NGN achievement. IETF brings up the SIP protocol whose design idea is making good use of the IP's simplification and its ease for expanding more application to establish the IP's core role in NGN.
     The paper researched SIP and SIP terminal in NGN. First, compared SIP with other protocols; analyzed the structure of the SIP system and introduced the SIP's basic functions; secondly, stated the SIP stack and its practical applications; then studied the design of Transfer function of the SIP software terminal deeply.Finally, gave the summary of the paper and the forecast of the future.
