龙眼果深加工综合利用开发研究

摘要
龙眼果是岭南佳果。龙眼果肉是我国传统的滋补佳品,具有
     很高的营养和药用价值。本研究通过科学的提取工艺,采用化学分
     析、薄层层析、紫外扫描及高效液相色谱技术,在国内首次报道导
     了龙眼肉中含有与人参皂甙相同的有效活性物质。
     龙眼壳经过精心设计的提取工艺,采用化学鉴定和紫外鉴定
     相结合的方法,在国内外首次证明龙眼壳的提取物中含有黄酮类物
     质。佐证了菲律宾人用龙眼壳制成保健茶的原因。
     龙眼核中含有70%的淀粉,经酸水解后,用于发酵生产单细
     胞蛋白(Single-Cell Protein,简称 SCP)。通过正交设计摇瓶试验,
     其最适的发酵工艺条件是:3%的龙眼核水解液,0.4%尿素,
     0.05%MgSO_47H_2O,0.12%KH_2PO_4,PH5.5-6.0。在180rpm,28℃,
     发酵24h,SCP的产量达10.95g/1。实验表明,龙眼核作为一种新
     的廉价生产SCP的原料,潜在应用前景广阔,变废为宝,意义深远。
Longan is a fruit of south China.The pulp of Longan is traditional
    nourishing food in our country, which have high nutritive and medical
    value. With scientific treat technology, a saponin was isolated from the
    pulp of Longan, which was identical with ginsenoside─I by chemical
    analysis,Thin-Layer Chromatography, Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry,
    High Performance Liquid Chromatography. This saponin was for the
    first time isolated from Longan in China.
    The study of Longan shell was also conducted. Flavonoides were
    contained in the extracts of Longan shell based on Ultraviolet
    Spectrophotometry(UV) and chemical evidences,which explained
    why Longan shell was processed into health protection tea by
    Filipino.
    Longan stone contain 70% starch,the experiment of production of
    single-cell protein were carried out from hydrolysate of Longan stone.
    The optimum medium obtained through a half-replicate experiment
    are as follows: The concentration of hydrolysate of Longan stone 3%,
    Urea 0.4%, MgSO4'7H2O 0.05% and KH2PO4 0.l2%, PH5.5-6.0.
    l0.95g/l biomass concentration were obtained at l80rpm,28C for
    24hours. Results suggests that it has large potential aPplied value to
    use Longan stone as a new cheaP raw material for the production of
    single-cell protein.
