基于启发式算法的卫星地面资源调度系统设计与实现

摘要
随着越来越多的中低轨道的卫星进入太空,且受到地面资源数量的限制,对卫星的管理控制能力的要求越来越高。如何充分利用地面系统的资源,控制卫星获取更高的经济效益,已经成为卫星地面管理控制系统研究的关键技术之一。
     本文介绍了卫星地面系统资源调度问题的起因以及国内外主要的研究成果;指出了资源优化调度问题是一种约束满足问题,并描述了该问题的三类解决方法:约束传播、完全搜索算法和局部搜索算法。在对卫星地面应用系统功能和资源调度方法进行分析的基础上,确定了资源调度的优化模型。
     通过研究地面资源调度系统设计的相关问题,分析了系统设计的原则和目标,提出了卫星资源调度系统的总体框架结构和基本功能;设计了基于启发式算法的地面资源调度规则和系统流程;通过设置卫星地面站场景,使用资源调度系统完成了对地面资源的调度应用,并对结果进行了分析说明。
As more and more MEO and LEO Satellites have been sent to orbit, there is increasing demand on powerful management and control systems of satellites. On the other hand, the available on-ground resources are very limited. Hence, it becomes a key technique to gain more benefits from satellite resources by taking full use of limited on-ground resources.
     In this thesis, we introduce the origin, current status and up to date techniques of the scheduling problem of satellite ground station resources. We propose that the optimization problems related to satellite ground station resource scheduling can be thought as constraint satisfaction problems, and then introduce three approaches to the constraint satisfaction problems: constraint propagation, full search and local search. We perform a thorough analysis of the functionalities required by the satellite ground application system and existing scheduling techniques, and then present an optimizing model to be the base of designing our resource scheduling system.
     In this study, we explore aspects of scheduling problem of ground station resources, define our design principles and goals, and describe the overall framework and functionalities of our scheduling system. We propose a new scheduling model and related system flow based on heuristic algorithms. Finally, We verify our scheduling system with a test scenario of satellites and ground stations, and then present a detailed analysis of the experimental results in the thesis .
