功率分流无级变速器的研究

摘要
本文主要研究了功率分流无级变速器的分流功率和具体结构参数之间的关系,以及RX行星锥环无级变速器的结构和特性等,提出了以RX行星锥环无级变速器为真正变速部分组合成的功率分流无级变速器的几种方案,同时对差动轮系部分进行优化设计。概括起来,论文的主要的研究内容有:
     1.分析了RX行星锥环式无级变速器结构参数和效率关系。
     2.分析了系统内部封闭功率的物理本质,确定了封闭功率与系统参数之间的关系。利用功率分流理论,提出了以RX行星锥环无级变速器为真正变速部分组合成的功率分流无级变速器的几种方案。
     3.分别对每一种方案进行传动比和效率研究,用图形形式表示出来。
     4.以体积最小为目标函数对差动轮系部分进行优化设计,编制了优化设计程序。

Making use of the theories of power flows, putting forward Put forward a few possible scheme with the RX continuously variable transmission being really variable transmissible part that constitute continuously variable transmission of the power split
    3. Proceeding to study with efficiency and the transmission ratio to each a project, meaning out with the sketch form.
    4. Regard physical volume least as the target function to precede optimized design and design the procedure.
