TETRA协议中语音压缩编译码算法研究及其DSP实现

摘要
TETRA协议是欧洲电信标准协会(ETSI)1998年公布的一种数字集群通信系统标准。本文结合“基于TETRA的数字列车调度指挥系统”的实际项目,具体研究TETRA协议中语音压缩编译码算法及其DSP实现。
     本文由语音信号的产生机理引入了语音信号的短时平稳特性,并在此基础上分析了线性预测编码(LPC)、合成分析(A-B-S)和码激励线性预测(CELP)技术。通过对TETRA 4.567kbit/s ACELP语音压缩编译码算法的研究,提出了基于ADSP 21535芯片的算法软硬件实现方案。文中给出了该算法的具体实现过程,并对其结果进行了分析验证。最后,在实践和阅读文献的基础上对算法提出了优化建议。
In 1998, ETSI publicized TETRA protocal, which is a standard of digital trunked radio communication system. Combined with the practical item of train attemper command system based on the TETRA protocol, this article researched the algorithm of TETRA speech compression coding and its DSP implementation.Short-time calm characteristics of audio signal is educed from the produce-mechanism of audio signal, Based on which the Linear Prediction Coding, the Analythsis-By-Synthesis technology, and Code-Excited Linear-Prediction coding are discussed. After researching the algorithm of TETRA 4.567kbit/s ACELP, its implementation scheme of software and hardware based on ADSP 21535 chips is designed, and the detail implementation procedure is presented in this article, the result is content. Furthermore, the algorithm is optimized based on the practical application and document.
