摘要
随着经济体制的不断深化,改革开放的不断深入,作为国民经济发展支柱产业之一的建筑业,面临前所未有的机遇和挑战。随着建筑行业竞争力加剧,经营领域中降低成本的空间愈来愈小,而企业在整体库存、材料的采购、生产现场用料管理等物流环节,却有着相当大的成本降低空间,现代物流已经成为国民经济发展的新的经济增长点。本文通过对供应链物流管理模式进行研究分析,结合安徽电力建设公司的实际情况,来探讨建筑企业在供应链管理模式下进行物流管理的方法和思路。
     本文论述了在当今供应链管理时代,对企业物流现状进行分析、研究,并提出安徽电力建设公司物流管理对策。发展企业物流,把物流管理工作放在提高企业竞争力的战略高度具有现实意义。
     本文建构了新的物料分类ABCD方法和运用理想解法(TOPSIS)构建新型供应商选择策略,指出传统的ABC分类不利于实现协同采购。本文以建筑施工项目为例,分析了生产现场用料管理作为生产现场管理的主要内容,也是增加建筑企业经济效益的主要资源之一。安徽电力建设公司供应链物流管理的最终环节就落实在现场生产用料管理上。
With the deepening of the economic system, widening of Reform and Opening up, the construction industry, which is one of the pillars of the national economy, faces the unparalleled challenges and opportunity. With the intensifying of competition in the construction industry, the room of cutting costs in the management field is becoming less and less, while there is much room to do so as regards to inventory, purchasing of materials, management of the site material and etc, the Logistics Management is the important industry that become a new development zone. Through the analyzing and research of Logistics Management based on the model of SCM, as well as the reality of ANHUI Electric Construction Group, this article describes the methods of Logistics Management based on SCM in the construction industry.
     The article describes that in today's era of SCM it is to analyze and research logistics enterprises status, and propose logistics management measures for ANHUI Electric Construction Group. with the development of logistics business, it is of practical significance that logistics management has been put on improving the competitiveness of enterprises in the strategic height.
     The article creates a new ABCD method of material classification and a new tactics for the supplier by TOPSIS, points out that the traditional method of ABC classification is against for assisting purchasing, and a new tactics of supplier selecting. The article analyzes that the site material management is the main aspect of construction site management, enters into the conclusion that the site material management is one way to increase the benefit. The decisive point of Logistics Management of the Company is the site material management.
