ABS污水处理技术研究

摘要
我国的污水处理工艺技术在20世纪末期已经有了较大发展,接近当代国际水平。但是ABS污水处理问题,仍然没有得到根本解决。目前,国内引进的2万吨/年以上的ABS生产装置共有7家,在ABS污水处理方法上,普遍采用的是絮凝、气浮、生化处理方法,ABS污水排放达标率均很低。本课题通过对国内主要ABS生产装置的工艺、规模、废水排放及处理情况的调查研究,详细分析了ABS废水不能达标排放的主要原因,通过ABS废水组成分析,研究ABS废水污染物组成;通过混凝剂,助凝剂的筛选,研究合适的ABS废水处理化学药剂;通过ABS废水的可生化性研究,筛选ABS废水处理的优势菌种。从而提出了一套切实可行的ABS废水处理方法。
There was great development in the latter stage of the 20th century in the sewage disposal technology of our country, Close to the contemporary world level. But the ABS sewage handles problem, have not still gotten basic settlement. At present,the 20,000th ton that introduce at home /produce have in all the 7th is in ABS sewage disposal method at device annual above ABSs, What adopted is flocculating, angry floating, biochemical treatment methods generally, the ABS sewage discharges the rate up to standard verily low. This subject through producing the technologies of device to domestic main ABSses,, waste water discharge and deal with the investigationses of situation scale, It can'ts analyse ABS waste water up to standard main reasons that discharges in detail form analysing through ABS's waste water, Study the pollutant of ABS's waste water to form ; Through the coagulant, help and congeal the screening of the pharmaceutical, study the suitable ABS waste water treatment chemical drug; At ABS waste water very biochemical qualities study, screen ABS the advantage bacterials of waste water treatment. Thus put forward a set of feasible ABS waste water treatment methods .
