汽车发动机、自动变速器及ABS测试综合教学实验台的研究

摘要
随着电子技术、计算机技术等高新技术在汽车上的应用,使汽车结构、性能发生很大的变化,也对汽车工程的教学及实验设备提出了新的需求。因此,为适应汽车工业高速发展,提高教学整体水平,加强学生实践能力的培养,开展综合性的实践教学是非常必要的。
     本文从汽车综合教学实验的角度出发,利用虚拟仪器技术研究开发汽车发动机、自动变速器、ABS为一体的微机控制综合教学实验台,以满足现代化教学的需求。
     首先,以发动机台架试验、自动变速器台架试验、汽车防抱死制动系统的台架试验为基础,将其三者结合到同一实验台上,依据汽车的基本构造,通过电涡流加载及测功系统,路面模拟系统将发动机、变速器和ABS制动系统联系起来。构建汽车综合教学实验台的总体结构。
     其次,根据虚拟仪器的硬件组成方案及特点,采用开放式结构,确定测控系统采用的硬件模块,并对本实验台测控系统的主要执行部件分别进行了选型,进行了数据采集系统及抗干扰系统的设计。
     第三,根据汽车综合教学实验台的测控要求,选择LabVIEW作为软件开发平台,进行了检测程序的设计。主界面的程序设计中采用While结构、Sequence结构和Case等结构。其主要功能是进行各单项测试项目的选择、实验的提示、通道和采样频率的选取、停止运行等。应用程序共分为五个专用检测子系统和一个虚拟示波器,包括发动机燃油经济性能测试系统、发动机动力性能测试系统、自动变速器的相关测试系统、ABS制动测试系统、污染物排放检测系统。
     通过测控系统的应用实验,验证利用虚拟仪器技术进行汽车综合教学实验测控系统的开发是可行的。

However, for adapts the automobile industry high speed development for the improvement, raises the teaching overall level, strengthens the student to practice ability raise, the development comprehensive practice teaching is extremely essential.
     This article embarks from the automobile combined teaching experiment, the use virtual instrument technology development the engine, the automatic transmission, ABS comprehensive testing experimental Platform to adapts the automobile industry rapid development.
     First, based on the engine bench test, the automatic transmission bench test and the ABS system, take the three union identical test platform in, According to the automobile fundamental construction, through the charging turbulent flow load and the measurement system, the road simulation system, Joint the engine, the automatic transmission and the ABS braking system. Constitute the structure of the combined teaching experimental Platform.
     Next, according to the virtual instrument hardware composition and the characteristic, uses the open style, determined the observation and testing system uses the hardware module, and has carried on the data gathering system and the resistance disturbance system designing.
     Third, according to the testing request, chooses LabVIEW as the software platform, and design the examination procedure. In the main Panel has used the While structure, the Sequence structure and the Case sub-program. The main function is carries on the various single items test project the choosing, the experimental prompting, the channel and the sampling frequency selection and the stop movement and so on. The application procedure is divided into five sub-program and a virtual oscilloscope, including engine fuel oil economical test system, engine power test system, automatic transmission correlation test system and ABS brake test system.
     Through the testing system application experiment, the confirmation use virtual instrument technology carries on the automobile combined teaching experiment to observe and control the system the development is feasible.
