贵阳枢纽运输能力分析及其改扩建过渡方案研究

摘要
铁路枢纽是铁路网的主要组成部分。它除办理有关车站的列车运转、技术作业和客货业务之外,又是车站车流交换、调整列车运行和供应运输动力的重要据点。
     铁路枢纽运输能力受到了客货运、解体编组、机车车辆以及枢纽内区间线路等多项设备能力的影响,这些设备相互关联、相互制约,其能力又是互相联系,有时又可互相转化,同时枢纽内各项设备的布局、路网车流的作业组织方式也极大地影响着枢纽的能力。随着沪昆通道的建设和西南路网的逐步完善,贵阳枢纽点上能力不足的矛盾不断突出,点线能力不匹配导致株六大通道的能力和路网能力受到制约。对贵阳枢纽进行扩能改造已提上日程,在贵阳南编组站改扩建期间,如何实现枢纽的安全畅通,保证施工和运输两不误,研究解决贵阳南站施工改造期间的过渡方案成为当务之急。
     本文主要采用系统工程的研究方法,首先分析了贵阳枢纽对地方经济发展的重要性、贵阳枢纽既有铁路现状、衔接线路的主要技术标准、车站现有技术装备、目前运营工作及特征;之后根据这些影响因素分析了编组站运输能力现状,存在的问题,对施工改造期间的运量需求进行分析,阐明提高运输能力、保证安全畅通的措施和办法,保证能够在贵阳枢纽在改扩建过程中能够保证运输的畅通和在改扩建后能充分满足铁路运输能力的需求。
The railway station is the key component of the railway network. It is the critical locality of exchanging station vehicles stream, adjusting movement of trains and supplying transportation power, besides handling the related stations' trains operation, the technology and passenger and cargo services.
     The transport capacity of railway station is influenced by passenger and cargo transportation, disintegration of grouping, rolling stock , interval lines in stations, and so on. These equipments are correlative and correstricted. Their capacities are also correlative, and sometimes could transform mutually. Simultaneously, the layout of every equipments in stations and the operating organization of network vehicles stream are also affecting the capacity of stations. Along with the construction of Hu-Kun railway and gradual consummation of southwest railway network, the illogicality of capacity insufficient in Guiyang station is prominent unceasingly, and the unmatching capacity of stations and lines restricts the capacities of six big channels of ZHU lines and railway network. It has been put on the agenda to reforming Guiyang station. It becomes urgent affairs to investigate a transition scheme to ensure the transportation be safe and unimpeded during the period of reforming and extending Guiyang south marshalling yard.
     This paper mainly adopts the research method of system engineering. First, this paper analyzes the importance of Guiyang station to the local economic development, its current railway situation, central technique standards for linking up railways, existing technical equipments in station, and operation and characteristics at present. Then, according to these influencing factors, this paper analyzes the status quo of transportation ability, existent problems, and demands for traffic during constructon of marshalling yard, elucidates the measures to enhance transportation capacity, ensures the transport be safe and unobstructed during extending Guiyang station and adequately meets the needs of railway transport capacity after reformation and extension.
