基于UG的大型注塑模具仿真设计及CAD优化分析

摘要
查阅大量关于大型注塑模具设计及应用的参考文献,分析了国内外大型注塑模具的研究现状,针对模具CAD /CAE存在的问题,总结了注塑模具的发展趋势。对注塑模具的成型过程及工作原理进行阐述,详细介绍注塑模具的基本结构,并且对其设计特点归纳总结,为后面的注塑模具及其零部件的三维设计做好铺垫。分析各种成型工艺参数对塑料制品的影响,为后面的工艺参数优化做好理论准备。利用MoldFlow分析软件,对大型塑料制件周转箱的浇口位置进行分析,结合分析结果制定三种浇注方案,根据MPI/Flow分析模块对三种方案分别进行流动分析,比较分析结果,确定最佳浇注方案。根据MPI/Warp模块对制件的翘曲情况进行模拟分析,结合分析结果,找出制品翘曲变形的主要影响参数。通过改变成型工艺参数进行反复分析优化,使制件的翘曲变形量降到最小,确定最佳工艺参数。根据流变学设计方法,制定最佳浇注系统。根据传热学设计,对大型注塑模具的冷却系统进行设计计算。确定冷却时间及冷却水道直径,根据整体结构进行冷却回路布置。运用MPI/Cool模块对初步设计的冷却系统进行冷却分析,根据分析结果制定优化方案,重新设计了一套模具冷却回路,使制品的冷却效果达到最佳。根据经验公式对大型注塑模具的成型零件进行尺寸计算,为了确保整个注塑过程中不发生弹性或者是塑性变形,利用ANSYS软件对初步设计的滑块及模套进行有限元静力学分析,对型腔壁厚进行强度或刚度校核。利用UG/MoldWizard模块及建模模块,根据UG注塑模具向导,对大型塑料周转箱模具进行仿真设计,对注塑模具组装过程及运动原理进行模拟分析,为大型注塑模具的设计提供一套合理有效的设计方案。
Referred to a large number of literature resource of design and application of large-scale injection molds , analyzed the development status of domestic and international injection mold. Aiming at the problems of mold CAD /CAE summarized the development trend of plastic injection molds.Described the molding process and principle of injection molding molds, introduced the basic structure of injection molds in detail,summarized the design features in addition,paves the way for the three-dimensional design of the injection mold and their parts,then details the impact that all kinds of processing parameters on the plastic product,prepares the theoretical basis for the optimization of processing parameters.Using the Mold Flow analysis software,analyzes the gate location of large plastic product. According to the result,makes three schemes for flow analyzes. By comparing the results,determines the optimum gate number.Using the Mold Flow/Warp module,analyze the warp of the products; find the main parameters of the warp follow the results. In order to minimize warping deformation,determine the optimum process parameters,according to rheological design analysis,repeated by changing the molding process parameters,design the best gating system finallyAccording to the design of heat transfer,design and calculate the large injection mold cooling system,determine the basic size and dispose the cooling circuit. Through using Mold flow/Cool analysis module,analyzes the cooling results. According to the result of the analysis,optimize the cool system,re-design the cool system,and get a reasonable cool system finally.According to the empirical formula, calculate the dimensioning of plastic injection mold part.In order to ensure that there is no elastic or plastic deformation occurred in the injection process, the finite element static analysis is done for preliminary design of the slide and die sets,and check the intensity and stiffness of cavity thickness, using ANSYS software.Using UG/Mold Wizard module optimizes the design and checking their parameters for basic parts of large-scale injection mold,achieves the virtual assembly of the injection mold finally,and provide a reasonable and effective design for large injection mold design.
