基于OPC技术的染料厂生产管理信息系统
摘要
近年来企业提出了管控一体化的思想，即将管理和生产监控有机地结合起来，真正意义上提高企业自动化水平。
本论文系统地论述“染料厂生产管理信息系统”的设计与实现，并围绕生产数据采集、存储和应用的开发工作，所涉及关键技术和相关程序进行详细阐述。论文中主要介绍了OPC技术及其对企业控制系统集成的技术支持。
OPC(基于OLE的过程控制)定义了一整套标准接口，提供了不同供货商产品之间的互操作。它是一种软件规范，能够使信息交换更加容易。按OPC规范设计的I／0接口服务器，可以通过办公自动化软件能简单快速地连接到过程控制系统硬件。OPC是一种为企业信息系统方便地存取工业生产控制平台数据较突出的软件标准。
In recent years, the enterprise put forward the theory of management and monitor merged into an organic whole, that is combined management with production monitor, in fact to really improve the enterprise automation level.
This paper systematically discussed the plan and realization of "dyestuff plant production management system", and detailed expounded the key technology and concerned program in the developing work of data for collection and storage and application. This paper mainly introduces ope technologies and it's support to the enterprise control system(DCS PLC) integration.
OPC (OLE for Process Control) defines standard interfaces, which provide interoperability between applications of different vendors. It is a software specification, that enables software applications to more easily exchange information with each other. I/O servers are designed on the OPC specification which means you can more quickly and easily connect your process hardware with your automation software applications. OPC is an emerging software standard designed to provide enterprise information system applications with easy and common access to industrial plant floor data.
