基于网络的实时考勤控制系统关键技术研究与应用

摘要
在经济飞速发展的时代,信息化建设为企业的发展奠定了腾飞的基础。经营管理网络化、数字化是衡量企业进步和管理水平的标志。在企业的经营管理中,员工出勤管理具有十分重要的地位。随着计算机网络和电子科学技术的日渐成熟,在大型企业中推广基于网络化考勤控制系统具有现实意义。针对目前企业的需求,本学位论文研究了一类网络化实时考勤控制系统的关键技术与实现问题,给出了系统的方案框架、设计模式和应用实例。
     主要内容包括:概述了考勤控制系统的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状和考勤方式的发展历史。阐述了各类考勤机的工作原理、优缺点和适用领域。重点研究了非接触式IC卡考勤机,分析了射频识别系统的组成、工作原理以及相关的通信技术和接口技术。基于射频识别技术理论,设计了一类网络化实时考勤系统的设计方案、系统框架、关键技术,并应用在某一跨地区、多矿井大型矿业公司的生产作业考勤控制与管理中,研发了一种基于网络的实时考勤控制系统,该系统采用安全帽感应卡-感应式考勤机,结合C/S和B/S混合的结构和当前流行的MVC设计模式、Struts框架和权限控制等安全措施。
     系统实施表明:考勤数据可靠、准确,系统操作方便、灵活,不仅高效地实现了员工入井考勤功能,而且可使井上管理者实时、准确掌握入井人员的个性化信息。系统既提升了企业信息化管理的水平,为矿井的高产高效提供了有力支撑,又可为矿井安全救援提供极有价值的宝贵信息,为矿业公司的安全生产筑起一道有力的保障。
Establishment of an information society builds a steady base for the enterprises’growth in the circumstances of rapid development of economy. Networked and digitized management is the standard to measure growth and management level of enterprises. Attendance management is of great importance in enterprise management. Promotion of network-based attendance system in big companies is a subject of current interest on the basis of current IT technology. In the view of current demand, this paper emphases key technology and practical problem of networked and real-time attendance system, and also give solutions to the program framework, design pattern and application examples.
     The main contents include: the research background attendance system, research significance, history of research status domestically and in aboard. Working principle, advantages and disadvantages and field of application of the attendance system is also mentioned in the paper, especially the non-contact IC card attendance machines. The paper also analyzes the composition of radio identification system, working principle and related communication technologies. Based on radio identification system, It is also designed the scheme, framework and key technology of networked and real-time attendance system, which can be widely used in attendance operating and management in some trans-regional, multi-mine production of large-scale mining companies. The system uses helmet-inductive card and inductive computer of check on work attendance, combines the mixed structure of C/S and B/S, MVC design pattern, the Struts framework, and the authority control and so on security measure.
     Implementation of the system shows the data is reliable, accurate, and the system is easy to operate. Not only the system can accurately record time when the employees go into the well, but also provide personalized information. The system improves the information management level of enterprise, and provides a powerful support for high yield and efficiency. Moreover, the system can offer valuable information related to safety and rescue, which is a strong guarantee for production in mining companies.
