基于KBE的压铸模浇注排溢计算机辅助设计系统研究

摘要
压力铸造是金属材料加工过程中生产精密零部件的一种重要成形方法,压铸模作为压铸生产的主要工艺装备,其设计的合理性直接决定了压铸件质量。浇注排溢系统是压铸模的重要组成部分,是模具型腔充填状况的决定性影响因素,因此合理地设计浇注排溢系统,是压铸模设计和压铸件生产的重要环节。
    本课题所开发的基于KBE的压铸模浇注排溢计算机辅助设计系统,为使用者提供了一个快捷智能的压铸模浇注排溢系统设计工具。使用者向系统输入已知基本参数后,系统基于压铸模浇注排溢系统设计知识库,能够自动给出合理的设计建议、常用典型设计结构和设计尺寸,并以参数驱动的方式生成设计图档。最后利用SolidWorks 2003标准插件COSMOS FloWorks模拟模具型腔充填过程,还可验证所设计浇注排溢系统的合理性,并为其进一步优化提供依据。
    课题以SolidWorks 2003为二次开发平台,利用SolidWorks提供的基于COM的API对象,选用Visual C++ 6.0进行开发。研究中,遵循压铸模浇注排溢系统设计一般规律,在系统分析阶段,对拟建立的系统知识库、拟开发的设计功能模块及其数据流进行了详细分析,最终确定了系统的体系结构;在知识库设计和应用程序设计阶段,紧密结合压铸模浇注排溢系统设计理论与实践经验,对各功能模块进行详细设计,圆满实现了相应功能;CAE分析部分,则主要结合一个具体的压铸件浇注排溢系统设计实例,对其进行模具型腔充填过程的仿真模拟,以此验证所开发系统在实际应用中的合理性与可行性。
    KBE技术是本课题研究的重点,它贯穿于系统开发的各个环节,是整个系统设计开发的指导思想。同时,也正因为KBE技术的引入,实现了对压铸模浇注排溢系统设计领域内理论和实践经验的继承、集成和管理,实现了CAX技术和AI技术的集成,也才使本课题所开发系统具有了更高的实用价值。
Die casting is an important method in the manufacture of precise parts in materials process engineering. With the die being critical equipment in the die casting process, the rationality of its design directly determines the quality of relevant products. And pouring-exhausting-flooding system is an important part of the die as well as a determining factor of the mould cavity filling process. So the rationality of the design of pouring-exhausting-flooding system is very much important in the design and manufacture of the die.
    The KBE pouring-exhausting-flooding system discussed in this thesis provides an intellective tool for users’ convenience. After being inputted with some basic parameters, the KBE system can provide feasible suggestion, typical structure, dimension design and create design drawing with the dimension-driven automatically. The system also applies COSMOS FloWorks to simulate the cavity’s filling process, and to verify the rationality of the design of pouring-exhausting-flooding system and provide basis for further improvement.
    Basing on SolidWorks 2003 and making use of the API objects supplied by SolidWorks 2003, Visual C++ 6.0 was chosen to be the tool for development. In the research, the regular design principles were followed. And at the system analysis stage, the knowledge database, module function and data flow were analyzed, and the system architecture was determined. At the knowledge database and application program design stage, each module’s function was designed and realized. And at the CAE analysis stage, combining a case of pouring-exhausting-flooding, a filling process of the mold was simulated to verify the rationality and feasibility in actual application.
    The technology of KBE is the focal point of this research. It operates in all sectors of the whole development process and acts as a guideline of the system’s development. And the succession, integration and management of theories and experiences in the pouring-exhausting-flooding system’s design field as well as the integration of CAX and AI were both due to the induction of KBE and gave more practical value to the system.
