基于SOA的无线查房管理平台的设计与实现

摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展和管理理念的不断提升,医院信息化建设已经成为提升医院管理水平的重要手段。从国际化医院的信息化建设最新发展来看,越来越多的医院为了实现“以病人为中心”的现代管理理念,实现医生在床旁对病人进行及时有效的医疗服务,成为国内外医疗行业信息化建设的重点。
     无线查房管理平台是基于无线网络的移动临床应用,真正做到将病人的各种信息延伸到病人床前。通过全新的医院临床服务设计概念,设计开发了基于SOA的无线查房管理平台,该平台是建立在医院数据中心基础之上的整合型平台。为了满足医院各种应用的需求,实现应用实时化和信息移动化,在医院现有局域网的基础上架构无线局域网。采用中间件技术建立面向服务的通用数据交换平台,整合医院的各个信息子系统,为医院的应用系统提供统一、标准的接口,便于现有应用系统的维护和未来系统的扩展。
     本文深入研究了基于SOA的无线查房管理平台的原理与实现方法:首先对SOA技术做了介绍,SOA技术的发展带来了软件技术的革新;其次通过无线技术与SOA技术来实现查房管理平台,采用了WCF技术来实现SOA架构,通过运用Oracle数据库的BLOB数据类型作为影像信息的二进制存储,并使用C#中提供的对Oracle数据库中的BLOB数据类型进行操作来实现影像的读取;该平台采用目前流行的B/S网络架构模式,运用ASP.NET Session功能来实现安全访问控制。平台实现了医生在床旁进行医疗服务,通过查看病人的基本信息,了解病人的病情,及时的对病人下达医嘱,做好病人的各项病程记录。通过移动数据终端与中心服务器进行实时的数据交互,彻底实现病人电子信息移动化,让医护人员在临床服务中实现实时数据采集和实时数据录入工作。平台实现了病人基本信息管理、病历信息管理、套餐管理、医嘱管理、检验管理、影像管理等功能。该平台是医院数字化建设的重要组成部分,它能有效地提高医务工作者的工作效率,并改善医疗服务质量。
With the development of information technology and management art, it is very important of information build of the hospital for improve the level of hospital management. Seen from the international hospital's the newest information build, in order to realize the modern management art of patient-center service and timely and effective health service, more hospital become the focus of information build in the medical industry both at home and abroad.
     The wireless ward round management platform which is based on the wireless network is mobile clinical application. It achieves to extend the information of patient to bedside of patient. Basis a new design concept of clinic service, the base SOA wireless ward round management platform is designed and developed. It is an integrated platform, which is based on hospital data center. To meet demand of hospital and realize application of real time and information of mobile, the wireless LANs which is based on existing LANs in the hospital are builded. The platform establishes Service-Oriented popular information exchange platform with middleware technology, incorporates information systems and provides standard interfaces for system maintenance and expansion.
     This article in-depth studies the basic principle and implementation of the wireless ward round management platform based on SOA:Firstly, this article introduces SOA technology. The development of SOA technology brings technological revolution. Secondly, the ward round management platform is fulfilled by wireless and SOA technology. SOA framework is realized by WCF technology. Information of image is saved as binary large object in Oracle database and is got by BLOB data type in C#. The platform with popular B/S network framework mode realizes medical service in the bedside, convenient view the basic information of patient, carries out medical orders and records course of disease. Secure access control is fulfilled by ASP.NET Session. It completely achieves mobile electrical information of patient with data exchange between mobile data terminal and center server. At the same time, it realizes data acquisition and data entry in real time. The functions of platform include patient basic information management, medical record information management, set meal management, medical order management, check management and image management. It is an important part of the build of digital hospital. It has improved efficiency of medical staffs and quality of medical care service.
