单张纸胶印机输墨系统的动态性能研究

摘要
印刷即是借助印刷压力将涂布在印版上的油墨转移到印张上的过程,而输墨系统承担着向印版表面均匀定量地传递油墨的重要作用。由于印版上墨层的均匀程度和稳定性以及输墨系统的响应时间和墨层稳定时间等动态性能都会影响最终印品质量,所以作为胶印机的重要组成部分,性能良好的输墨系统是高质量印刷的重要保证。
     本课题以YP1A1H为原型进行输墨系统动态性能研究,主要工作和创新归纳如下:
     (1)通过建立串墨机构的模型,借助于ADAMS平台,对主串墨辊的运动进行仿真分析。研究表明:主串墨辊上任意一点的运动速度与加速度不符合正弦曲线,与正弦曲线有较大的差异,但是其运动位移近似符合正弦曲线。
     (2)研究了着墨辊的动态着墨性能。研究表明:着墨辊向印版涂布油墨的过程为一动态变化的过程,稳定后的着墨辊上墨层厚度也表现为波动特性。为改善这种缺陷,本研究提出了一种新方法:给着墨辊施加适当的轴向串动,可以改善由于印版滚筒空档角的存在而使印品上印迹前深后淡的现象。
     (3)研究了墨辊的弹性变形与输墨系统性能之间的关系。结果表明:在油墨的传递过程中,墨辊之间的压力与油墨的转移量是相互影响、相互作用的。墨辊之间的压力并非越大越好,也并非越小越好。这与墨辊的材料,油墨的性能及印版上的图文覆盖率都有密切的关系。
     (4)研究了滚筒空档角对输墨系统油墨传输性能的影响。结果表明:滚筒空档角的存在会对各着墨辊的着墨率产生影响,进而改变输墨系统的稳定时间。
     (5)综合考虑墨辊的弹性变形以及油墨粘性的作用,本研究引入了粘弹性理论模型,可以从理论上为墨路系统设计、压力调节以及运行速度控制等提供分析参考。
The printing process is transferring the ink spreaded on the press plate to the printing paper by printing pressure. The effect of inking system is to transfer the ink to the surface of the press plate. Because the even degree, the thickness of the ink on the press plate and the performance of inking system can play important influence on the quality of the printing paper, the inking system is one of the most important composition in the offset machine. An inking system with good performance is the important Guarantee to go high quality printing.
     The main contents and innovations are as follows:
     (1) Analyzing the motion of the main string roller is to have motion simulation by building the model of stringing ink organization.
     The research shows that the speed and acceleration of the main string roller does not accord with the sine curve, which has a lot of difference with the sine curve, but its movement Displacement nearly accord with the sine curve.
     (2) Analyzing the dynamic inking performance of the inking rollers. The research shows that the process of spreading ink on the press plate is dynamic, the change of ink thickness will play important influence on the printing paper. Advising that making the inking rollers axial move in some degree to improve the After first depth, pale phenomenon on the printing paper which is caused by the exit of neutral gear angle.
     (3) Analyzing the relation between the elastic deformation of the rollers and the performance of inking system. The research shows that in the process transferring ink, the press occurring rollers and the ink shift quantity is mutual influence and interaction.
     The press is not the bigger, the better, but also the smaller, the better, which has close relation with the roller material, the ink performance and the article coverage on the press plate.
     (4) Analyzing the influence of the neutral gear angle putted on the cylinders. The research shows that the exit of neutral gear angle will play important influence on the stable time and the quality. In the design of the sheet offset, the factor of neutral gear angle on the cylinders should be considered to reduce the bad influence.
     (5) All above studies achievement, considering the elastic deformation of the rollers and the ink coherency to bring a kind of model to provide reference for the design of inking system, press adjustment and speed controller.
