中小跨径等截面连续箱梁CAD系统的开发研究

摘要
计算机辅助设计和制造(Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacture,CAD/CAM)是随着计算机的发展而发展起来的一门新型实用技术。这是计算机图形学在机械、建筑、交通、汽车、造船、电子等部门的应用。随着CAD/CAM技术的飞速发展,各类专用设计的软件应运而尘,如在结构设计领域开发了专用的设计系统;在桥梁结构设计领域开发了基于AutoCAD的桥梁结构的部分软件库和若干专用模块等等。
     本文是针对中小跨径等截面连续箱梁桥结构设计而开发的基于数据库管理的中小跨径等截面连续箱梁CAD系统—Single Section Continuous Beam of Middle-Small Span CAD System(SSCBMS)。本文研究建立了中小跨径等截面连续箱梁CAD系统,主要包括系统功能、整体结构、界面设计、开发环境,重点研究了系统数据的数据库设计、组织、规划,系统采用的集成技术、系统接口设计,为下一步的研究工作奠定了基础。
     在本系统的设计中,本文主要解决了系统的总体设计,各种数据库模型的建立,系统集成的技术方案确立,主要功能的实现,给出了主要计算模块的程序框图、系统制作的箱梁三维模型图。
     桥梁CAD系统的开发应用当今先进的CAD技术以提高系统性能,同时也要考虑早期开发的成熟软件的利用,这点本系统的开发做了有益的工作:本系统实现了文本数据与数据库文件之间的顺利转换,从而将早期开发的功能模块与以数据库为基础的系统环境相融合,可有效地节省软件开发费用,缩短开发周期。
     科学计算可视化利用现代计算机强大的图形功能把科学计算中产生的数字信息转变为直观的图形信息表示,干预和引导计算,有助于研究者了解计算的全部过程和发展趋势。本系统的三维模型浏览功能下是应用科学计算可视化技术来指导设计,检验箱梁设计的正确性。
     本文采用Activex Automation技术成功解决了系统与AUTOCAD接口,从而实现系统的三维模型浏览以及工程图的绘制功能,ActiveX Automation技术是AutoCAD二次开发工具中最为先进的一种,本系统的成功应用为同行业的CAD开发提供了新的技术解决方案。
CAD and CAM - Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacture, are new applied technologies developed along with the computer technology. CAD and CAM have had a rapid development from 1950's. Some special systems for structure design had been developed, as well as some software libraries and blocks for bridge structure design based on AutoCAD.
    The present study is for the key point of development of the Single Section Continuous Beam of Middle-Small Span CAD System (SSCBMS), which is based on database management. This study has developed a system of CAD technology in bridge design, mainly including the function of SSCBMS, structure of the system, interface design of the system, the development condition of the system, with the emphasis on the design and organization and plan of the system database, the integration technology of the system and the realization of the system joints.
    This work is a part of a general system, which mainly resolved some key problems such as general layout of the system, the building of database, the integration technology of the system, and the menu of the system .In addition, the block diagram of the system and three dimensional model have also been established.
    Advanced technology must be used in developing the system, but the utilization of software early developed is also necessary. In the development of this system some beneficial work has been done, such as smooth transition from text data to database, which mixes the software early developed together with the system based on database. This can significantly decrease cost and time of the development of the system.
    Visual utilization of powerful figure function of modern computer, which transits digital information to visual figures, and interfering and conducting calculation make users know well about the calculating process. Three dimensional browse function of the system has just used visual technology to show whether the box beam is correctly designed.
    The present work has succeeded in resolving joint between SSCBMS and AutoCAD, this makes the possibility of the three dimensional browse function of the system and engineering drawings by the system. ActiveX Automation technology is the most advanced technology in the second development of AutoCAD, and the succeeded development of this system provide a new technique solution for the development of CAD in this field.
