豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境研究

摘要
随着城镇化进程的加快,豫东地区小城镇的城镇建设也正蓬勃兴起,在取得成绩的同时也暴露出了一些问题,本文以此为契机,对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境展开深入的调查分析和探索。
首先,本文通过史料的整理对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的发展历程进行了解和分析,并根据实地调研对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境进行分类研究。然后,通过对不同类型的豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的实地调研,总结其现状特点,针对调查中发现的问题,深究其成因。再后,在前文对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的发展现状进行研究的基础上,结合场所理论、环境行为学和可持续发展理论,探讨豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的未来发展趋势,对现实情况综合分析得出发展策略,并提出具体的设计原则和切合实际的设计对策。最后,本文以扶沟县城关镇商业建筑外环境为例进行个案分析研究。
本文的研究以城市规划与城市设计学科为主导,涉及系统科学、环境行为学等相关领域,旨在通过调查和理论研究,对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的未来发展提出指导性的建议,构筑一个近乎完整的理论体系,以期对营造整体和谐、设施完善、环境舒适,并具有强烈商业氛围的豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境有一定的实践与指导作用。这不仅对豫东地区小城镇的城镇建设具有促进作用,还对整个豫东地区生态环境的良性循环,经济的健康发展以及社会文明的延续都具有重要意义。
With the accelerated process of towns, exterior environment of the commercial buildings in small towns of eastern Henan are also booming, being having achievements thus exposing some problems. This situation is an opportunity for this topics.
First of all, through the collation of historical data, this paper analyses the developing process of exterior environment of commercial buildings in small towns of eastern Henan, and based on research about exterior environment of commercial buildings in the small towns of eastern Henan the paper makes classifications about exterior environment of commercial buildings. Secondly, through the research on the different types of exterior environment of commercial buildings in small towns of eastern Henan, the paper summarizes the present characteristics, and the problems were found in the survey. Again, based on the research about the current exterior environment of commercial buildings in the small towns of eastern Henan, by combining with related theory to explore future trends and strategies about the exterior environment of commercial buildings in the small towns of eastern Henan, the paper puts forward to the design principles and practical design of countermeasures. Finally, the paper analyses the exterior environment of commercial buildings in the chengguan town of Fugou as an example.
Through the study of exterior environment of commercial buildings in the small towns of eastern Henan, the article is surposed to clear the logic line of the context, and build a rigorous theoretical system. The study will help create a harmonious, well-equipped, comfortable, and strong business climate exterior environment of commercial buildings in the small towns of eastern Henan,and guide the practice of exterior environment of commercial buildings in the small towns of eastern Henan. It will contribute not only to the construction of the small towns in eastern Henan, but also to virtuous cycle of the entire ecological environment, development of economic and the continuation of social civilization in eastern Henan.
首先,本文通过史料的整理对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的发展历程进行了解和分析,并根据实地调研对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境进行分类研究。然后,通过对不同类型的豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的实地调研,总结其现状特点,针对调查中发现的问题,深究其成因。再后,在前文对豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的发展现状进行研究的基础上,结合场所理论、环境行为学和可持续发展理论,探讨豫东地区小城镇商业建筑外环境的未来发展趋势,对现实情况综合分析得出发展策略,并提出具体的设计原则和切合实际的设计对策。最后,本文以扶沟县城关镇商业建筑外环境为例进行个案分析研究。
