摘要
目的:制作Colles骨折手法复位实时动态操作技能多媒体CAI课件,通过实时动态的演示,使中医正骨手法的原理、技巧与高深含义得到直接体现,学生能够更直观地掌握手法操作技能,提高教学质量。
     方法:将确诊为Colles骨折的22例住院患者使用手法复位,进行手法复位前、后X线摄片;将手法操作过程及X线电视下透视影像同时拍摄,制作成Colles骨折手法复位实时动态操作技能多媒体CAI课件,在临床毕业实习本科学生中试讲,评估教学效果。
     结果:本研究共治疗Colles骨折22例,均有复位前后X线摄片,部分病例拍摄操作录像,综合制作成Colles骨折手法复位实时动态操作技能多媒体CAI课件。临床毕业实习本科学生对该课件的反馈较好。
     结论:Colles骨折的手法复位操作技能多媒体CAI课件的教学效果较好,但仍需改进。有关放射防护方面仍须研究。
Objective Making the Colles fracture reduction real-time dynamic operational skills multimedia CAI courseware, through the real-time dynamic presentation, make the principles, skills and profound meaning of Chinese bone-setting practices to be directly reflects, students will be more intuitive master the practice skills, improving the quality of teaching and assess teaching results.
     Methods 22cases of inpatients be confirmed as Colles fracture will using manual reduction, take X-radiography before and after a manipulative reduction; shooting the practice operations and X-ray television images of perspective at the same time, making the Colles fracture reduction real-time dynamic operational skills multimedia CAI courseware, lecture in the clinical graduation internship undergraduate students, assess teaching results.
     Results:This study treat 22 patients with Colles fracture have X-radiography before and after a manipulative reduction, some cases shooting practice video, making the Colles fracture reduction real-time dynamic operational skills multimedia CAI courseware comprehensively.the clinical graduation internship undergraduate students had good feedback of this courseware.
     Conclusion Colles fracture manipulative reduction operational skills multimedia CAI courseware have good teaching results, but still needed to be improved. Research at aspects of radiological protection should be still on.
