中国联通湖北孝感业务区WCDMA网一期工程设计

摘要
2008年5月23日,中国电信业重组方案正式宣布。根据五合三的电信业重组方案,新联通将由中国联通(—CDMA网)+中国网通+WCDMA网组成,未来经营业务将包含WCDMA网络和固网。为了适应新的市场格局、新的竞争形式和网络技术演进的趋势,新联通于2008年7月3日召开了《新联通分省WCDMA网络预规划工作启动会》,确立了WCDMA将是公司移动网络的主要发展方向。采用“统一规划,重点区域网络覆盖一步到位,其他区域滚动发展”的建设方式。WCDMA网承载中高速数据业务和话音业务,GSM网承载中低速数据业务和话音业务,充分利用GSM网络资源优势,实现WCDMA和GSM网的有效融合。形成公司3G网络一期建设方案。
     本论文中着重阐述了WCDMA网络规划要素,WCDMA系统的网络结构及关键技术,结合GSM网络现状和WCDMA网络特点制定了核心网络建设方案和无线网络建设方案,根据链路预算、系统仿真、容量需求分析确定了详细的设备配置方案。网络建成后覆盖区内达到CS64kbps业务连续覆盖,所有WCDMA基站具备HSDPA和HSUPA能力,并提供HSPA业务。
     本次WCDMA网络设计在规划流程及设计内容上力求全面完整,实现指导施工目的;在规划数据采集、小区参数配置调整等阶段利用部分WCDMA系统试验网数据,无线网络的预规划阶段及系统仿真借助第三方规划软件。
According to the domestic telecom restructuring scheme of China issued on May 23,2008, five telecom operators are merged into three and the new China Unicom founded after incorporating China Netcom and CDMA sale. The new China Unicom involves the former China Unicom (without CDMA network), China Netcom and WCDMA networks. And its business includes WCDMA networks and fixed-line services.
     Along with the development of network service technologies, the new China Unicom has put WCDMA as the main development direction of its mobile networks in the years ahead to satisfy the new market patterns and competition situations. The new China Unicom released its network construction manner on July 3,2008. Under the construction manner, WCDMA networks are used for high-speed data and voice business, while GSM networks take high-speed data and voice services in hand. In this way, the company can make full use of the advantages of GSM network facilities and fuse the WCDMA and GSM network effectively which is also the scheme for the first stage construction of the new China Unicom's 3G networks.
     This dissertation focuses on the main factors of WCDMA network programming, the network structure and critical technologies of WCDMA. According to the current status of GSM network and the characters of WCDMA network, the construction schemes for central network and wireless network are put forward. And the equipment configurations are presented in detail based on the link budgeting, system simulation and analyzing of capability requirement. With the construction schemes designed in this paper, the continuous coverage of CS64kbps service can be realized within the coverage area of the network, and all the WCDMA base stations have the ability of HSDPA and HUSPA besides providing HSPA service.
     In order to provide effective guidance for engineering construction, the design of WCDMA network in this dissertation try to consider the factors associated with planning flow and design contents as more as possible. Part of WCDMA system test data are used for the design stages such as planning data collecting, cell parameter configuration adjusting. The pre-programming of wireless network and system simulation are based on a kind of third-party programming software.
