基于质量功能展开与公理化设计集成的产品设计方法研究

摘要
当前国际经济竞争日趋激烈,其主要体现在产品的竞争,竞争的焦点演变以最短的时间、最高的质量、最低的成本将产品投入市场。产品设计是产品是否具有竞争力的关键,而设计理论为设计活动提供理论依据,指导设计者进行设计,在产品开发中起着重要的作用。本论文的主要目的是利用质量功能展开与公理化设计的互补性将二者有机的结合起来,以探求产品设计的理论基础。
     本文对质量功能展开和公理化设计理论进行了深入的分析和探讨,建立了基于二者的设计模型;对于较复杂的产品设计,本文提出了基于二者的模块化分方法;在理论研究的基础上,开展了对软件系统的开发的研究,为计算机辅助产品设计做了有益的探索。全文主要研究内容及成果如下:
     首先,建立了基于质量功能展开与公理化设计的集成模型。该模型通过公理化设计理论的独立性公理保证功能需求的相对独立,这样使质量屋中的相关矩阵各元素为零,简化了质量屋的结构,使设计达到最佳并减少设计过程中的返工次数;同时它又将质量观念贯穿于产品设计过程的始终,将QFD作为顾客需求的转化工具和功能设计过程中的质量控制工具,指导整个设计过程,从而获得产品设计中质量控制的最优化和顾客最大满意度。
     其次,在上述理论模型的基础上提出了基于的模块划分方法,此方法解决了模块之间功能独立性的问题,将模块划分与顾客需求紧密地联系在一起,考虑了时间因素对模块划分的影响,为工程设计人员进行工作安排、资源调度提供依据。
     最后,在上述理论的基础上,运用公理化设计思想设计并开发了面向对象的软件系统。该系统便于设计者设计决策、和信息的查询与修改。
At present, the international economic competition is increasingly fierce, which is embodied in the competition of products. The key to the competition is to bring the products to the market in the shortest time, at the best quality, at the lowest cost. Design is a key to the competitiveness of a product, and design theory provides the theoretical basis for design activities and coach human designers making design, and plays an important role in product development.
     This dissertation analyzes and researches the QFD and axiomatic design (AD) deeply, and establishes an integration design model incorporating QFD and AD.For the complex product design, a novel product module partition approach based on QFD and axiomatic design is proposed.Software system develpent was studied based on the research of related theory. The work is beneficial for the computer aided product design. The content is as following:
     Firstly, the integration design model based on QFD and AD is presented.The model ensures the independence of function through the independent axiom, so the relevant elements of the matrix are zero. The structure of the house of quality can be simplified, the number of times of rework is reduced.At the same time, it makes the concept of quality run through the product design process from the beginning to the end, and makes QFD as a tool to transferring the demand of customers and quality control tool to guide the entire design process. Through utilizing the model, we can design the products which get the optimal quality control and the satisfaction of customers.
     Secondly, A novel product module partition approach based on above theory is proposed, the method solves the problem of functional independence between modules, links the module partition and customer requirements closely, and considers the impact of time, as well as supplies engineering staff working arrangements and resource scheduling.
     Finally, the dissertation develops a software system based on the above theories. Based on axiomatic design, the design software system of object-oriented is designed and developed, and it is easy for decision-making, inquiring and changing of information for designer.
