PowerOn管理软件在水电工程联营体项目中应用研究

摘要
本文通过理论研究与案例分析相结合的方法,对水电联营体项目管理的特点、管理软件的功能需求以及软件应用方法进行系统研究。
     首先对水利工程建设特点和发展趋势进行分析,得出在水利工程建设中有必要采用软件进行管理;进而结合水电工程联营体项目管理主体多元化、内部沟通的系统性和资源整合的复杂性等特点,总结出适合水电联营体项目管理的软件,应具备能够提供统一业务处理和沟通平台、整合集成相关业务系统、可扩展开发并支持企业与项目运筹协同管理等功能。通过大量参阅国内外工程领域项目管理软件的功能和特点,得出PowerOn软件较为适合水电联营体项目管理,并总结出PowerOn软件在项目组织与责任分解、招投标管理、计划综合管理计划、设计管理等方面的应用方法。最后结合实际水电工程联营体项目管理,分析工程管理现状,针对PowerOn软件计划管理、资源管理、合同支付与费用管理等主要功能模块,提出应用规划方法、总结实施的成效,总结出软件成功实施需要高级管理者的直接参与、界定清晰的项目范围等结论,为相关研究提供借鉴。
This essay deals with some systematic research on series of problems such as the characteristic of project management of hydro-power engineering joint venture, function requirement of project management software, application method of software by the method of combining theoretical studies with case analysis.
     Firstly, it analyzes the construction characteristic and developing trend of hydro-power engineering and concludes that it is necessary to adopt software to carry out management in the construction.And then combining the many characteristics of the main part of the program management of hydropower project joint venture such as its diversification, systematicness of its internal communication and the complexity its integration of Resources, it sums up the software applying for hydropower project joint venture program management should have the functions including having the ability of offering a platform for unified business management and communication, integrating concerning business system, enlarging, developing and supporting program collaborative operation. By consulting and reading widely the functions and characteristic of the management software of the engineering fields of home and abroad, it is concluded that PowerOn is more suitable for project management of hydro-power engineering joint venture and put forward the application method of software PowerOn in the field of program organization as well as responsibility distribution、the management of inviting and tendering bids、designing comprehensive management program. Finally in the practical project management,the author analyze the present situation of project management and aiming at PowerOn's major functions such planning management、resource management、contract payment and charge management, it put forward a practical method of application planning and summarize the effect of the practice and summarizes the conclusion that successful practice of the software requires advanced manager's direct participation and a clear scope of projects, which provides valuable reference for some related research.
