微网的经济运行分析与研究

摘要
在各国纷纷开展“智能电网”的研究背景下,作为实现智能电网中有源配网的有效方式的微网研究极为必要。本文重点介绍了微网和智能电网的基本概念及相互关系,并对微网的结构及其微网中几种关键技术做了分析。本文对微网的运行特性进行详细分析,提出了微网并入电力系统后运行的经济性评估方法。从成本和效益两个方面对微网的经济性做了详细分析,得出了考虑热电冷气四联供方式下的微网的供能结构,并在此基础上建立了并网和孤岛两种运行模式下考虑温室气体CO2和污染物S02、NOx排放限制的数学模型。使用改进的粒子群算法来仿真计算此模型下的微网运行的经济性。算例结果验证了该模型的有效性和可行性,表明在大电网中并入微网具有较高的经济性。最后,总结出我国发展微网需要解决的关键问题。
Under the condition of enormous construction of "Smart Grid", it is indeed necessary to develop the microgrid to realize the active distribution of smart grid as an effective way. This paper focuses on the concepts and relationship of both microgrid and smart grid, microgrid structure and its key technologies. The article conducted a detailed analysis of operating characteristics of microgrid, and then made an economics assessment method of interconnected operation. The economy of microgrid is analyzed in both cost and benefit, and then constructed an energy structure of microgrid. Based on the structure, an economic model of microgrid was established in the two models of operation independent and grid-connected. The proposed model is solved by a modified particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally, this paper summed up the key issues of microgrid development in China.
