羊场湾煤矿安全生产多业务监测系统平台的设计与实现

摘要
煤炭是我国最为重要的能源资源,煤炭生产的安全事关重大。随着国家对煤炭企业安全生产的逐渐重视和信息化建设的投资不断提高。煤炭系统的自动化监控技术得到了很好的发展。
     羊场湾煤矿安全生产多业务监测系统平台的建设是宁煤集团企业信息化一期工程的第二步,配合井下自动化监控系统,将多业务集成至统一的IP平台上,随时可以监测井下安全生产的情况,也是羊场湾煤矿数字化矿山的一期工程。
     本文首先从总体框架上设计羊场湾煤矿安全生产多业务监测系统平台,提出了C/S与B/S结合的设计思路,然后通过分析羊场湾煤矿网络基础建设和井下自动化监控系统现状后,提出了局—矿两级的多业务监测系统平台设计方案,并做了合理性论证,设计并实现了“羊场湾煤矿安全生产远程监测系统”软件。本文重点讲述了软件实现中作者所做的具体工作:(1)数据库的设计和C/S客户端的实现;(2)提出了B/S端实现Web浏览的理论依据以及难点技术解决方案。在对实现过程的描述中,作者介绍了系统所用到的核心技术(DDE数据交换法,Socket远程通信技术,多线程实现报警功能);并对系统的安全访问做了分析,制定了安全策略。最后作者对羊场湾煤矿安全生产多业务监测系统平台设计与实现中所做的工作进行了总结,并通过分析远程监测技术的发展趋势,对该系统的进一步完善提出要求,进行展望。
The coal is our country most important energy resources, The coal production security is more important. While the country takes more intention to the coal enterprise in safety production and enhances unceasingly to the becoming an information based society construction investment.The coal system's automated monitoring technology obtained the very good development.
    The construction of Yang Chang Wan coal mine safety in production multi- services monitor system platform is the second step in the first issue of project of Ningmei group's Information construction, coordinate the mine shaft automation supervisory system, take Multi- services integration to unified IP platform, You may monitor the situation of the mine shaft safety in production any time.This system also is the first step of Yang Chang Wan coal mine's Digitized mine project.
    The paper first designed Yang Chang Wan coal mine safety in production multi- services monitor system platform from the overall frame, it advanced a design mentality that union C/S and B/S, Then it proposed a double-level multi- services monitor system blue print through analyzing Yang Chang Wan coal mine's net construction and the mine shaft automation supervisory system, and besides, I demonstrated the rationality. The whole Narrated the idiographic work with emphasis which in the software realization the author did: (1) Database design and C/S client side realization;(2) Proposed the theory basis as well as the difficult technology solution that realizing the Web browsing by B/S. Through to realized the process description, the author introduced core technology (DDE, Socket, multithreading),and introduced security measure to which used in the realization process. Finally the author sumed up the paper, and analyzed the develop direction about long-distance monitor system, brought requirement for the system's perfect.
