基于Lotus Domino/Notes平台的企业内部个性化信息环境构建研究

摘要
信息化对世界经济和社会发展起着巨大的推动作用,企业信息化已经成为企业发展的必然趋势。现代企业必须充分开发利用当前蓬勃发展的信息技术和信息资源,构建和谐的企业内部个性化信息环境,提升企业管理水平,增强自主创新能力,以达到降低产品生产成本,占据更大的市场,提高企业的核心竞争力。
     本文总结了企业内部信息化环境和个性化信息服务的概念和研究现状,并对在Lotus Domino/Notes平台下构建企业内部个性化信息环境进行了重点研究。从企业信息化系统提供的服务类型不同,将企业内部个性化信息环境划分为企业内部个性化信息服务环境和企业内部个性化办公环境。企业内部个性化信息服务环境是指将企业作为信息服务提供者向企业内部员工提供满足其个性化需求的信息服务环境。在该信息环境下,系统通过采用词表导航、个性化系统交互界面与企业员工进行互动交流,以获取员工的信息服务需求,自主地向员工推送满足其需求的个性化信息服务。企业内部个性化办公环境是指企业为了满足员工个性化办公需求,根据员工所提的问题或所遇到的工作,系统自动进行分析和推理,并主动向员工提供可行的解决方案或直接代理员工执行相应的操作。这样员工可以将繁杂的日常工作直接委托为系统代理执行,减少员工的工作量,使得他们有足够的时间和精力去处理更重要的事情,这样不仅可以节约产品生产成本,还可以提高员工的工作效率,提高产品周转速度,增强企业的自主创新能力。
     本文的主要研究内容包括:
     1、在分析目前国内外企业构建企业信息化环境现状的基础上,针对目前企业内部信息化环境中信息量大、系统复杂程度高,操作不方便等缺点,提出了基于Lotus Domino/Notes平台构建企业内部个性化信息环境的意义和思路。
     2、研究了个性化信息服务的相关理论,主要包括定义、特征及实现的必要条件,及实施个性化信息服务环境和个性化办公环境的应该满足的基本条件,然后在此基础上全面分析了企业信息化应该具有的基本功能,最后提出了Lotus Domino/Notes平台下企业内部信息化环境的基本结构。
     3、通过研究个性化信息服务模式中的互动交流模式和推送服务模式,提出了互动推送服务模式,通过互动获取员工的需求,然后通过推送服务器向员工推送信息服务。并将互动推送服务模式成功运用于企业个性化信息环境中,满足企业员工的个性化信息服务需求。
     4、研究了智能代理技术,在研究的基础上提出了基于智能代理的企业个性化办公环境,对该个性化办公环境的实施进行了可行性分析,接着从系统开发的角度,将基于智能代理的个性化办公环境分为数据库子系统、模型库子系统、知识库子系统和智能代理系统,并详细阐述了各个子系统的构建过程。
     5、最后对本文的研究工作进行了总结和展望。
     目前,该企业内部个性化信息环境方案已在武汉精伦电子有限公司成功构建,运行效果很好。
As informationization plays a significant role in promoting development of the world economic and society, enterprise informationization has become an inevitable trend of enterprise development. Modern enterprises must fully develop and utilize the current booming information technology and information resources, build a harmonious personalized information environment for the enterprise, to enhance the level of corporate governance, and enhance the capability of independent innovation so as to minimize production costs, to occupy a bigger market and enhance business core competitiveness.
     This paper summarizes the concept and state of the field of the enterprise information-based environment and personalized information services, main study focusing on building enterprise personalized information environment in the Lotus Domino/ Notes platform. According to the services provided by different enterprises, Enterprises' personized information systems can be divided into personalized information services environment for the enterprise and personalized information business office environment. Personalized information services business environment is defined as that enterprise as information providers provide information services environment to internal staff to meet their demand for personalized information. In this information environment, the system communicates with the employees through the term sheet navigation, in order to determine the staff's demand for information services, to meet their needs automatically by pushing personalized information services. Personalized corporate office environment is defined as that according to the issues raised by employees or work experience, the system automatically analyzes and reasons, in order to satisfy the demand of enterprise employees for personalized office, and automatically to provide a viable solution or direct agent staff to implement the corresponding action. So employees can relegate their complicated daily work to the system, to reduce the workload of staff so that they have enough time and energy to deal with more important things, so that products can not only save costs, it can also work to improve staff efficiency and speed of product turnover, and enhance the capability of independent innovation of enterprises.
     The main research contents in this paper include:
     1、Based on analyzing the current domestic and foreign enterprises in the construction of enterprise information environment, in view of the current enterprise information environment with a large number of information, and a high degree of system complexity, inconvenience and other shortcomings of the operation, based on Lotus Domino / Notes enterprise personalization platform this paper gives a the ideas and significance of environmental information
     2、The second part is something about researches on personalized information services related to the theory, including definitions, characteristics and the necessary conditions for achievement. Then the final studies is that to meet employees' personalized information services and personalized office needs, a comprehensive analysis that corporate information should have the basic functions, and infrastructure of enterprise information environment under the Lotus Domino/ Notes platform is put forward.
     3、By studying the interaction model and push service model in the pattern of personalized information services, this part puts forward the interactive push service model, that is through the interaction to get demand of staff, and using the server to push information services to staff. And then push service model is successfully used to the enterprise information environment to meet employees' demand of personalized information services.
     4、This part researches intelligent agent technology. Under the research, the intelligent agent-based personalized corporate office environment is put forward and a feasibility of implementation for the personal office environment is analyzed. And then from the perspective of system development, intelligent agent-based personality office environment is divided into, database subsystem, model-base subsystem, knowledge base system and intelligent agent systems, describing the building process of the various subsystems in detail.5、Finally, this article summarizes research and prospects.
     At present, the business environment for personalized information programs have been well operated in Wuhan Jing-lun Electronics Co., Ltd. The effect is very good.
