卷筒纸胶印机纸带振动问题的研究

摘要
现代化印刷所追求的主要目标是印刷的高速度和印品的高质量。而在卷筒纸印刷中影响印刷速度和印品质量的主要因素是纸带的振动。本课题在研究卷筒纸胶印机输纸过程中纸带振动的基础上,得出其振动规律,从而有针对性地研究问题,得到新的减振方法,以期能够更好地控制纸带张力,从而保证印品质量。
     课题主要内容及创新点归纳如下:
     (1)将卷筒纸胶印机的纸带模拟为薄膜,分析其受力情况,运用D′Alembert原理,建立其运动微分方程,并运用解析法求解其无量纲振型微分方程,采用微分求积法分析纸带的横向振动特性及稳定性问题。
     (2)分析卷筒纸胶印机所采用的浮动辊装置,设计一满足要求的圆柱压缩螺旋弹簧,并采用空气弹簧进行新型减振机构设计。
     (3)分析空气弹簧特性,验证新型减振装置的合理性。
     (4)利用仿真软件对设计方案进行仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所设计的带空气弹簧的新型减振装置有效地减小了纸带振动。
     本课题从运动学、动力学及振动等方面对轴向运动纸带作了较为完整的分析与研究,并且利用空气弹簧开发出新型的减振装置,不仅为控制纸带张力提高印品质量做出了贡献,而且为更好地保持恒定的张力提供了新的方法和思路。
The main target of modern printing is high speed and high quality. But in the process of printing ,the main factor that affects printing speed and quality is paper's vibration .The principle of paper's vibration has been worked out on the basis of paper's vibration in the process of printing ,so that the new damping method has also been developed. By the new way ,paper's tension will be controlled well and printing's quality will also be improved .The main contents and innovations items are as follows:
     1 .The paper in the process of printing has been simulated film .The power that the film was received has also been analysized .Based on the D'Alembert elements ,the differential eguation has been established and worked out by analytic means . Finally, the paper's transverse vibration and stability has also been referred.
     2.The dancer roll used by web offset printing in order to reduce paper's vibration has been analysized and a clutch-pressing spring has also been devised. A new damping setting with air spring has been designed.
     3.The air spring's characteristic has been analysized ,and the rationality of the new damping setting has also been validated.
     4.Based on the simulink toolbox in Matlab softwares emulational system of the new setting has been developed .The emulational results show that the new damping setting with air spring can reduce the paper's vibration effectively.
     In this thesis , the paper's vibration has been analysized completed in many respects , including kinematics, dynamics, vibration and so on .The new setting with air spring has also been designed ,which not only contribute to controlling paper's tention ,and improving printing's quality ,but also offer new means and notion fro keeping invariable tension.
