基于Web的模具异地协同设计技术研究

摘要
随着世界经济的飞速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,市场对产品在TQCSE(上市时间、质量、成本、价格和服务)等多方面提出了更高的要求。为适应全球化竞争的需要,模具企业必然要从分散走向合作,模具设计、产品设计、CAE分析以及客户之间必须进行充分的协作与交流,才能发挥各自的技术优势,设计出高质量的产品。
     尽管CAX(CAD/CAM/CAE)技术对于提高模具设计制造水平起到了一定的作用,但由于模具企业的特殊性,企业间设计人员和资源的地理上的分散性造成了现有的CAX系统并不能满足产品的异地设计开发的需要,Internet和Web技术的出现和飞速发展,打破了技术交流的时空限制,为模具企业实现基于Internet的异地协同设计提供了可能。
     基于Internet的协同设计技术是建立在计算机支持的协同工作环境、Internet及Web技术、CAX技术、多媒体技术以及并行工程的概念等发展基础上的,旨在组织多学科专家跨越地域和时间的障碍,实现产品的协同设计与开发。该领域是多种学科交叉的产物,在国内外的研究刚刚起步,相关的理论、模式和技术均不是很成熟,但正在引起各国工业界和学术界的高度重视,是制造业的研究热点之一。
     本文在对Internet、Web技术、协同设计理论进行深入研究和分析的基础上,结合模具企业特点,提出了模具异地协同设计的不同模式,并开发了基于Web的模具异地协同设计平台。主要工作包括:
     1.基于Internet的协同设计是协同工作理论在产品设计领域中的应用,本文首先结合Web的体系结构特点探讨了基于Web的协同工作技术,认为建立基于Web的共享工作空间是解决分散化异地协同的重要途径。在分析了协同工作、CAD与协同设计的关系基础上,对基于Internet的协同设计理论进行了研究,重点讨论了基于Web的协同设计支持环境的不同开发层次及相应的关键技术。
     2.提出了适合于模具企业的基于Internet的协同设计层次及开发模式。根据模具企业间的信息交换耦合度和信息化水平的不同,可将其分为低、中、高三种层次,通过对中小模具企业信息化水平的分析,论述了采

    用基于Web的协同设计环境的可行性。并探讨了相应的开发手段和关键
    技术。
     3.建立了基于 B/Wto三层结构的模具异地协同设计平台的系统框
    架,并提出了系统的功能模块构成和工作流程。结合模具企业的具体需求
    进行了系统总体框架设计和功能分析,并对两种分布式应用体系结构C/S
    及B/Wny进行了比较。探讨了ASP、DHTML、ActiveX等协同设计平台
    开发的关键技术。从操作系统、服务器软件以及数据库软件三个方面阐述
    了实现系统的软件平台选择,整个系统建构在 Win2000Server+llSS刀+SQL
    Server平台上。
     4.重点研究了ADO访问Web数据库的方法及ASP组件技术,实现
    了异地模具企业的协同设计资源共享与信息交换。建立了基于Web的设
    计信息数据库,并编制了支持设计信息上传的ASP组件,针对CAD、
    CAE上传信息不同的需求,设计了相应的接曰,实现了基于汐u览器的设
    计信息上传与存储。通过设计信息基于Web测览器的上下载及统一存储
    实现了异地异构设计信息的共享。查询、修改等,为实现异地协同设计的
    基本任务提供了基础。
     5.结合MIM及ActiveX技术实现了CAD、CAE与协同设计平台的
    初步集成。设计者可以通过基于Web测览器的二维DWI7图形显示来预览
    设计。通过多用途国际邮件配置协议(MIA4E),实现了异地异构CAX
    系统的直接启动。对模具CAE技术的特点及其在协同设计中的应用进行
    了详尽分析,通过整体方案的形式将CAE应用到协同设计平台。
     6.初步实现了协同设计中的多用户机制和辅助协同功能,并对系统
    的安全性进行了设置。将参与异地设计的用户分为设计负责人、设计者和
    测览者三类,通过不同的角色和权限分配实现了对设计信息和资源的不同
    操作。通过任务机制和建立设计讨论区,实现了参与异地协同的设计者间
    的任务协调和实时交流。同时,在ASP编程、数据库安全性及IIS上进行
    了系统安全性的设置。
With the rapid development of the International economy, the market competition becomes fiercely day-by-day and the market put forward higher request on the products in TQCSE (time, quality, cost, price and service) target. In order to meet the needs of globalization competition, Disperse Mold enterprises must head for cooperation. Mold design, product design, CAE simulation and customers must carry on sufficient cooperation, then respective technological advantage can be integrated and high quality products can be designed out.
    Though CAX(CAD/CAM/CAE) technology has played an important role in improving the designing and manufacturing level of mold, the mold enterprises have their particularity. The isolation of the design resource has caused the problem that existing CAX system can't meet the needs of remote design and development of products because of the particularity of mold enterprise. With the appearance and rapid development of Internet and Web technology, the space-time restriction of the technology exchange has been broken and this makes possible that the mold enterprises realizing Internet-based remote cooperative design.
    The technology of Internet based remote cooperative design is built on the CSCW (Computer Support Cooperative Work), Internet and Web technology, CAD technology, multimedia technology and concept of concurrent engineering etc. It aims at organizing multi-disciplinary experts to overcome the obstacle of space and time and realizing the remote cooperative design and products development. It is a field that many kinds of subjects crossed, the research on this filed has just started and relevant theory, mode and technology are not well rounded. But it has been got great attention in the enterprises and academia. It is one of the research hotspot of the manufacture industry.
    In this paper, based on the deep research and analysis in Internet, Web technology and the theory of cooperative design, the different modes of Internet based mold cooperative design are put forward integrated with the features of the mold enterprises and Web based remote mold cooperative design platform is
    
    
    
    exploited. The main research contents are as follows:
    1. Internet based remote cooperative design is the application in the field of product design of CSCW theory. Firstly the Web based CSCW technology is discussed and the important method that the Web based share workspace is discussed. Based on the analysis of relation of CSCW, CAD and cooperative design, the theory of Internet based cooperative design is researched and the Web based cooperative support environment is analyzed. Then the different levels of development and key technology are emphasized.
    2. The Internet based remote cooperative design modes for mold enterprises are put forward. The cooperative design modes between the enterprises of the mold can be divided into low, mediate and high levels according to the different coupling of information exchange and informatization of the enterprise. The mediate level cooperation can be adopted by small and mediate mold enterprises. Through the extension to Web function and the exploiting of the cooperative design, the remote cooperative design mode, which can be used by mold enterprises, is put forward. The relevant exploiting method and key technology are discussed.
    3. The frame of Web based cooperative design platform based on BAV/D structure is built. The function module and basic working theory of the system are put forward. Through the analysis and comparison of C/S system structure and BAV/D system structure under network environment. The cooperative design platform is exploited with ASP, DHTML, ACTIVEX technology and the overall frame and function are designed and analyzed. The choice of the server and Web database are discussed. The whole platform is built on Win2000 Server + IIS5. 0 + SQL SERVER.
