3G移动通信系统的无线网络优化

摘要
第三代移动通信系统的运营牌照即将在中国发放,针对3G系统无线网络优化技术的研究也日益呈现出紧迫性与重要性。
     本文根据3G移动通信系统的技术标准,阐述了目前主流的三种3G系统——WCDMA系统、cdma2000系统和TD-SCDMA系统的无线网络特性和空中接口的无线帧结构,并通过综合比较的方法分析了它们之间的异同:三种3G系统的基础技术都是码分多址CDMA技术,但系统特性及空中接口上有着各自的特点,特别是TD-SCDMA系统在采用了时分双工TDD技术的同时利用智能天线技术实现了空分多址SDMA技术,极大地提高了无线频谱利用率。同时指出这三种3G系统在中国的发展前景:WCDMA系统技术最成熟,商用最广泛;cdma2000系统升级成本最低,升级速度最快;TD-SCDMA系统新技术最多,政策优势最多。
     接着阐述了无线网络环境和移动通信系统中最常用的无线传播模型,从2G系统的无线传播模型引申到3G系统的无线传播模型,并在此基础上详细描述了移动通信系统无线网络优化的流程与方法。同时结合自身的实际工作,通过无锡联通cdma2000系统无线网络优化工程的具体过程,指出了无线网络优化在移动通信系统日常维护工作中的重要性与系统性,并验证了优化工作对无线网络的性能改善。在对2G系统无线网络优化的理论与经验的总结基础上,以3G系统的无线特性及技术特点为依据,提出了3G系统无线网络优化的技术特点:3G系统的无线网络优化的基础流程与方法与2G系统一样,但在切换控制、干扰控制和业务负载平衡管理上有着自身的特点,且这三种3G系统之间在优化技术的细节上也不同,如cdma2000系统的PN优化、TD-SCDMA系统的接力切换优化等。
     最后,总结上述的研究、学习与工作,归纳出本课题的结论,并指出由于中国3G系统运营牌照迟迟未发而导致本课题的不足,提出了后续可研究的课题。
The third generation mobile communication systems operating licence to be issued in China, wireless network optimization technology research for 3G system showing a growing urgency and importance.
     This article according to the 3G mobile communication system's technical standard, elaborated present three kind of mainstream 3G system—WCDMA system, cdma2000 system and TD-SCDMA system's wireless network characteristic and radio's frame structure, and get the similarities and differences between them through has analyzed by synthesis comparison: three kind of 3G system's foundation technology is the code division multiple access technology, but their system performance and radio's structure has respective characteristic, specially, TD-SCDMA system used time division duplex technology to realize space division multiple access technology using the smart antenna technology, raised the wireless frequency spectrum use ratio. Simultaneously points out the prospect of three kind of 3G system in China: WCDMA system's technology is maturest, it's commercialization is most widespread; cdma2000 system upgrade cost is lowest, it's promotion speed is quickest; TD-SCDMA system's new technology are most, it's superiority on policy are most.
     Then elaborated the wireless network environment and the most commonly used wireless dissemination model in the mobile communication system, expands from the 2G system's wireless dissemination model to the 3G system's wireless dissemination model, based on these we described the flow and the method about the mobile communication system wireless network optimizes in detail. Simultaneously unifies my own practical work, through WXUNICOM's cdma2000 system wireless network optimization project process, had pointed out the importance and the systematic characteristic of the wireless network optimizes in the mobile communication system, and has confirmed the optimized work to the wireless network performance improvement. Based on the theory and experience of 2G system wireless network optimization, and based on the wireless characteristic and the technical characteristic of 3G system, I proposed 3G system wireless network optimizes technical characteristic: 3G system wireless network optimization has the same flow and method to 2G system, but in the hand-over control, the interference control and in the service load stabilization management has own characteristic, and between these three kind of 3G system in optimization techniques detail also different, like cdma2000 system's PN optimization, TD-SCDMA system's relay hand-over optimization and so on.
     Finally, summarizes the above research, the study and the work, induces the conclusion of this topic, and pointed out that the Chinese 3G system license dispense later causes the deficiency on this topic, proposed may following research topic.
