设备管理与监测系统的研究与设计

摘要
现代工业及运营企业中,设备的安装、使用、维护及运行状态直接影响着产品的质量和生产效率。而且随着科技地发展,企业中设备更新日益频繁,造成设备使用及维护管理的工作量大、牵涉面广,因而有必要建立一个设备的管理与监测系统。
     本文首先阐述了国内外设备管理理论的研究历史概况,并对其发展趋势进行了分析。针对国内工业自动化设备管理维护工作量大、维护方法落后的状况,课题的具体研究按照信息系统的开发流程规范,对设备管理与监测系统进行了数据需求及功能需求分析,在此基础上完成了系统数据库的概念结构设计与逻辑结构设计,建立了目标系统的功能模型,并给出了系统的具体实现过程。其中,系统应用核心分为两个部分:前台设备信息管理结合基于MapX控件的GIS开发平台,主要完成设备录入、使用、维护及报废等属性信息的管理与查询;后台数据服务可以不间断地接收远程设备的状态监测信号,掌握设备的实时使用状况,并可根据设置提供故障报预警功能。文章最后总结了本文的研究工作及系统功能实现上的特点,并对该研究的发展前景和实用化进行了展望。
     本设备管理与监测系统以稳定、高效的SQL Server 2000为后台数据库,采用数据处理能力强、安全性好的三层Client/Server架构,利用适合信息系统快速开发的Visual Basic 6.0集成开发环境开发、调试,实现了设备信息的图形化管理与状态数据的不间断监测的总体目标。
In modern industry and operators enterprises, product quality and production efficiency is influenced directly by equipment installation, use, maintenance and running status. With the development of science and technology and the speeding up of equipment renewal day by day, equipment use and maintenance management is a big workload and involves many areas, so it is necessary to establish an equipment management and monitor system (EMMS).
     This dissertation firstly describes the domestic and foreign research history of equipment management theory, and then carrys on the analysis to its trend of development. Based on the burden of maintenance and the backwardness of maintenance methods in China, during the concrete research, deferring to the principle of information system development, the dissertation makes the analysis of data requirement and function demand to the EMMS, and completes the concept structural design and the logical organization design of database of the system, and then establishes the functional model of target system, which is divided into two parts. Using the GIS component (MapX), foreground equipment information management can accomplish information management and query such as equipment input, use, maintenance and obsolescence. At the same time, background data service can continuously collect condition monitor signals of remote equipments so real-time condition of equipment usage is acquired. Fault alarm function is provided according to the setup of the system. Finally, research work of this dissertation and characteristics of functions of system are summarized, and the forecast is also carried on for the development prospects of this research and the practical application.
     The EMMS, which uses stable and highly-efficient SQL Server 2000 as background database and adopts strong data-handling and good security three-tier Client/Server structure, is developed and debugged in Visual Basic 6.0 integrated environment which suits for fast development of information systems. It implements the graphical devices information management and continuously monitors their state datas.
