冷弯薄壁不锈钢箱形截面柱轴心受压承载力研究

摘要
不锈钢作为一种新兴的建筑材料,以其优异的耐腐蚀性、良好的力学性能,在建筑结构当中作为承重构件被逐渐采用。不锈钢强度高、壁厚小,在应用过程中,稳定问题变得尤为突出。然而,目前我国还没有不锈钢设计规范,影响了不锈钢的广泛使用。
     本文引用国外最新试验数据,采用有限元软件对试验所用的冷弯薄壁不锈钢箱形截面柱进行了数值模拟,并对构件的长细比、宽厚比进行了定量分析,将切线模量理论引入板件的有效宽度计算中,提出了适用于我国不锈钢型材的稳定系数和有效宽度的计算方法,并将有效屈服强度法用于不锈钢箱形截面柱的承载力计算。可供建筑结构设计和规范制定修改时参考。
As a new structural materials,stainless steel has been gradually widely used in load-bearing members of building structures for its excellent corrosion resistance,good mechanic performance. The stainless steel members have high strength and small thickness,the stability problem has become particularly prominent. But the lack of design code for stainless steel structure in china affects the usage of stainless steel structures.
     Based on experimental data abroad,in paper the finite element method be used to analyse the slenderness ratio and width-to-thickness ratio of specimens.The tangent modulus theory in plates calculation of the effective width be introduced and the stability factor and the effective width about stainless steel structures be recommended. So it can serve as a reference for the design of building structures as well as for modifying correlate code.
