基于Delphi警用装备管理系统的开发

摘要
随着全国公安自动化信息网络的建成,各级公安机关也相继建成了各自的局域网,传统的纸页式、抄送式、传阅式的办公模式正在逐渐被取代,资源共享逐步实现,机关办公效率大大增强。但是在警用装备库的管理方面,还没能实现能够利用网络系统实行自动化管理。各单位管理方法与模式纷繁复杂,没有一套规范的制式的管理系统,造成了资源浪费,办公效率低下,已不能适应未来信息化建设和执行任务的需要,使信息化时代的网络未能有效地发挥效能。
     本文对整个系统功能模块及数据库进行需求分析,提出了一套基于Delphi的警用装备信息管理系统,集出库、入库、财会统计为一体的多功能、通用化信息管理系统的设计与实现方法,并详细阐述了开发过程中几个关键技术的设计实现方法,如Delphi中实现三层C/S数据库应用系统的方法、用DELPHI实现数据访问等,本系统在设计时注重系统的实用性,在关注数据安全性及数据表单规范化设计要求的同时,特别注重了数据录入界面的录入便利性设计,提供了一套高效的警用装备数据录入解决方案。
     系统实现上采用三层客户/服务器模式,三层客户服务器结构将系统的表示逻辑、业务逻辑和数据逻辑分开,从而使系统具有良好的性能和安全性。系统后台数据库采用SQL Server2000,Delphi作为前台应用开发工具,中间层与数据库采用ODBC连接。本系统的实现为单位部门提供了一套高效、通用的门市销售、财会统计及物资基础信息管理为一体综合化的管理平台,提高了部门管理警用装备数据的效率,具有广泛的实际应用前景。
With the automation of the national police information network completed, the public security organs at all levels have also built their own local area network, the traditional paper page of type, copy type, circulation-style office model is gradually being replaced by the progressive realization of the sharing of resources, authority office efficiency has been greatly enhanced. However, in Police Equipment library management, yet be able to use the Internet to achieve the implementation of automated management systems. Units complicated the management methods and models, there is no standard set of standardized management system, resulting in waste of resources, office inefficiencies have been unable to meet the future information needs of the construction and implementation of the mandate, so that the information age of the network is not yet effective play performance.
     In this paper, the entire system function modules and the database needs analysis, proposed a set of Police Equipment information management system based on Delphi, set out the library, storage, accounting and statistics as one multi-purpose, universal information management system design and implementation of method and detailed development process Design and implementation of several key technology methods, such as Delphi, to achieve the three-tier C / S database application system approach, using Delphi data and interviews, this system is designed to focus on the system's utility , in the interest of data security and data forms, while standardized design requirements with special emphasis on the data entry interface for entry to facilitate the design, providing a highly efficient Police Equipment data entry solutions.
     System implementation on a three-tier client / server model, three-tier client-server architecture, said the system's logic, business logic and data logic of separation, so that the system has good performance and security. System back-end database using SQL Server2000, Delphi application development tool as a front, the middle layer and the database using ODBC connection. Realization of this system as a unit provides a highly efficient department, general store sales, accounting statistics and material basis for an integrated approach to information management, integrated management platform to improve the efficiency of the data sector management Police Equipment, has a broad prospect of practical application .
