层状结构材料对弹簧床垫舒适性影响研究

摘要
本文对影响弹簧床垫舒适性的主要因素——海绵、毛毡、弹簧进行了系统的实验研究,测试了和人相关的温湿度、体压分布和肌肉疲劳等指标。在此实验测试的基础上分析了海绵、毛毡、弹簧等各层结构材料对弹簧床垫舒适性的影响,建立了三层结构材料特性与床垫舒适性指标之间的关系。在此基础上提出了双锥簧床垫设计的优化配置方案,同时对各层材料间最佳舒适性配置方案进行了比较研究,并根据各层材料对人体局部区域舒适性的影响对床垫进行了分区设计。通过本论文的研究作者得出以下结论:
     1)海绵、毛毡、弹簧等各层结构材料对弹簧床垫舒适性的影响与人的温湿度、体压分布和肌肉疲劳等有重要关联。
     2)海绵、毛毡、弹簧等各层状材料不同特性对床垫舒适性表现出不同的影响,在实验研究的基础上作者提出了舒适性双锥簧床垫的最佳配置方案。如床垫的三层结构最佳配置为:海绵层为厚度3或4cm、密度25kg/m~3的泡沫绵,毛毡层为下陷硬度223N/mm的毛毡,弹簧层为弹性系数0.82N/mm的双锥簧。
     3)通过实验测试出相同层状材料对人体不同局部区域舒适感的影响数据,在这个基础上通过床垫的实例设计对床垫分区设计相关内容进行了深入研究。以期通过本文的研究给弹簧床垫设计与制造提供科学的依据。
In this paper, some experiments were done to test the factors, such as temperature, humidity, body pressure distribution, muscle fatigue, and so on, which affect human sleep. The comfort of spring mattress influenced by three-layer structural materials was investigated. According this conclution, the best allocation of the mattress was identified, and the divisional was designed. This conclusion is as follows:
     1) Three-layer structural materials such as spongblanket and spring material directly affects the comfort of mattress through indicators, which is temperature, humidity , body pressure distribution, muscle fatigue. It is showed that sponge material directly affects the thermal comfort of spring mattress;the indicators of body pressure distribution changes with the material properties of mattress regularly.
     2) Different properties of the layered material directly affects the comfort of spring mattress differently.Based on which the best allocation of the mattress was pointed out correspondingly. The best allocation of common spring mattress is:the sponge layer for foam sponge which the thickness is 3 or 4cm、the density is 25kg/m~3, the blankets layer for blankets which the hardness is 223N/mm, the spring layer for double tapered spring which the spring coefficient is 0.82N /mm. and more,Similar properties of the layered material affects the comfort of human local body differently,Based on which divisional layer of mattress was designed.
     3) The three indicators combined by EMG, body pressure distribution and subjective evaluation is an method to evaluate the comfort of mattress.according this study ,it is can be done to prodive a scientific basis to design and manufacture.
