第四方物流信息系统分析与设计

摘要
随着经济的日益全球化,中国物流业将直接面临国际物流同行的竞争与挑战。激烈的全球物流竞争催生了各种各样的新型物流模式,一种新型的物流模式——第四方物流因其卓越的供应链管理能力和资源整合能力倍受关注。是否拥有先进的物流信息系统已成为第四方物流企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分之一,所以,物流信息系统的研发和应用成为我国物流界和软件界的一个亟需解决的问题。
     本文针对第四方物流信息系统研究的现状,重点分析和设计了第四方物流信息系统的层次结构、系统架构和主要功能模块。根据第四方物流信息系统的特点,采用模块化设计将系统分成多个子系统,并分析了其中的关键问题——物流配送路径优化和第三方物流供应商评价与选择。主要包括如下内容:
     首先,从社会经济发展和企业自身追求经济效益对物流业的需求两个方面,分析了物流的发展过程。综合国内外的研究现状,结合供应链管理思想和J2EE技术,分析和设计了第四方物流信息系统的层次结构、系统架构和主要功能模块。
     其次,通过分析国内外物流配送路径优化问题的研究现状,建立了新的适合实际情况的物流配送路径优化模型,在模型中将顾客满意度函数作为首要的约束条件,在模型选优的过程中直接起作用,从而将配送中心以往不能量化的信誉损失间接的予以量化。在模型的求解过程中应用了遗传算法,为了便于求解模型,将遗传算法的编码、初始群体生成、适应值函数、策略性参数计算等做了改进,使之更适用于本文的研究。
     最后,针对目前国内外第三方物流供应商评价与选择指标体系构建的不同准则,基于第四方物流供应商实际需要,建立了第三方物流供应商评价与选择指标体系。根据所建立的指标体系,从众多的评选方法中选取层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析法(DEA),并进行优化组合,设计出了AHP/DEA方法评选第三方物流供应商。
With increasingly economic globalization, China's logistics industry will directly be faced with the competition and challenges of other international logistics industries. Fierce global logistics competition midwiferied various new logistics models, and among them the fourth party logistics (4PL) has caught great attention on account of superexcellent capability of supply chain management and resource integration power. Whether possessing advanced logistics information system has become one of important components of 4PL's enterprise's core competition. Therefore, the R&D and application of logistics information system have become an urgent problem of China's logistics and sofeware fields.
     Contraposing the present situation of 4PL information system study, the thesis lays an emphasis analysis and design on hierarchy structure, system framework and main functional modules of 4PL information system; according to the characteristics of 4PL information system and employing the design of modelization, divides the system into subsystems, and analyzes the key problems of them——the optimization of the logistics vehicle routing of ration and evaluation and option of the third party logistics(3PL) vendors. Main contents as follow:
     Firstly, from the two demand on logistics industry arising from both social and economic development and enterprises pursuing themselves' economic benefit, the thesis analyses the development process of logistics. Synthesizing the study present at home and abroad, combining the management thought of supply chain and J2EE technology, the thesis analyses and designs the hierarchy structure, system framework and main functional modules of 4PL information system.
     Secondly, by analyzing the present research situation about the optimization of the logistics vehicle routing of ration at home and abroad, the thesis establishes a new feasible mode of optimizing the logistics vehicle routing of ration. The mode considers the function of degree of customer's satisfaction as a restriction condition, which plays direct role in the process of optimizing the mode, therefore the lost of credit is indirectly quantified which could not be done before in the ration center. Hereditary algorithm is employed in the process of solving the mode. In order to solve the mode smoothly, some aspects of Genetic algorithm are improved such as code, initial group generating, fitness funtion and strategic parameter calculation etc., which are better applicable to thesis research.
     Finally, in allusion to the different criterions of construction of index system of evaluating and selecting 3PL vendors at home and abroad, and on the basis of the actual demand of 4PL vendors, the thesis establishes the index system of evaluating and selecting 3PL vendors. According to the index system, the thesis optimizes the selected analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and data envelopment analysis(DEA) among multitudinous selection methods, and a method named AHP/DEA is developed to evaluate and select 3PL vendors.
