河南医药技师学院发展研究

摘要
随着我国经济的发展,国家开始大力发展职业教育。河南省职业教育的发展势头在全国处于领先地位,2009年开封市职业教育园区的建立,为河南医药技师学院提供了良好的发展机遇。
本文通过对该校发展的研究和行业分析,确立了学院在未来几年的发展方向：为国家培养具有职业行动能力的高素质医药行业的专门技术人才,成为我国医药行业领先的职业技术院校。学院目前的发展机遇与挑战并存,在激烈的竞争中,是否能够把握行业的发展动向,抓住机遇快速发展是学院面临的巨大挑战。为了使学院在新的形势下快速发展,应保持并发扬现有的优势：抓住医药行业快速发展的时机,利用学院在省内外较高的知名度,充分调动学院丰富的师资力量,突出特色管理,大力发展。同时对学院现存的具体问题：目标定位不准确、办学模式不合理以及管理制度不完善进行剖析,发现其中的不足。根据分析结果,制定在未来一段时期内学院的发展策略：首先,确立正确的发展方向。将学院发展成为药学技术应用型人才的培养基地,制药工业高级技能人才的摇篮。其次,探索适应本校发展和行业特点的办学模式。逐步推进多元化和工学结合一体化的办学模式,增强校企合作,顺应时代发展的需求。把握医药行业的发展方向和技术创新,及时进行生产实践和市场需求的调研,适时调整专业设置和课程安排；注重培养学生的专业技术和操作技能,加大实验实训课程的比例。再次,把握国家发展职业教育的大好时机,紧跟医药行业发展的步伐,利用区域内职业教育发展的有利条件,实现跨越式发展。最后,完善各项管理制度。改革传统的教学管理制度,提高教学质量；加强人力资源管理,确保师资队伍建设；努力改进学生管理工作,适应时代发展需求；完善财务管理工作,加强制度建设；强化后勤管理,突出服务。
With the development of the economy, our nation begins to develop vocational education. The development currency of vocational education in Henan Province is in a leading position all over the nation. In 2009 the foundation of vocational education zone in Kaifeng city has already provided a good development opportunity to Henan college of Medical Technician.
In this essay, the development direction of the college has been established in a few years in the future, through the study of the college's development and the analysis of the industry. The direction of the college is to cultivate the high-quality technicians in medical industry, who have practical ability; and to become the leading vocational and technical college in medical industry in our country. Currently, the development opportunity and challenge co-exist in the college. Whether or not controlling the development direction in the industry and mastering opportunity to develop quickly are the huge challenges faced by the college.
In order to ensure the fast development under the new circumstance, the college should maintain and develop the current advantage, master the chance of the quick development in medical industry, take advantage of the relatively high reputation of the college inside and outside of the province, and make full use of the rich teaching stuff resources in the college to emphasize the characteristic management and develop in a large scale.
Meanwhile the current issues existing in the college should be analyzed and find out the possible disadvantages. The issues include the inaccurate target position, unreasonable school-running model and imperfect system of management. Depending on the analysis results, the developmental strategy should be established in the near future.Firstly, the correct development direction should be established. The college should be developed to be a training base for pharmaceutical applied technological talents and a cradle of high skilled personnel of pharmaceutical industry. Secondly, the school mode that suit the school development and industry characteristics should be explored. Progressive, diversified and integrated combination of engineering mode should be gradually promoted and cooperation with enterprises should be enhanced to meet the development of the times demand. We should controll the developmental direction of the pharmaceutical industry and technological innovation, carry out the production production practices timely and market demand research, and adjust the major setting and curriculum designing; We also should focus on students' professional technics and operational skills and increase the proportion of experimental and training courses. Thirdly, we should graspe the golden opportunity to develop vocational education in our country, follow the pace of development of pharmaceutical industry, and take use of the region's favorable conditions for the development of vocational education to achieve leapfrog development. Finally, the management system should be improved. The traditional teaching management system should be reformed to improve teaching quality; the human resources management should be strengthened to ensure the faculty building; efforts should be made to improve student management to match the development needs of the times; the financial management should be perfected to strengthen the system construction;logistics management also should be strengthened to focus on service.

With the development of the economy, our nation begins to develop vocational education.
